House vacation rentals in Springdale

Girl's Trip was a success! Beautiful home, comfortable, peaceful, just as described. The sunrise was breathtaking. Fog filled the sky above the lake making it look as if we were up in a plane - floating on clouds. I would suggest bringing a couple additional rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels (depending on how long your stay is). Those items are supplied: one roll TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, once those run out, you run out. We were prepared for this as we read the reviews. The water tastes good if you are one that is concerned on that. There is an ice maker in the freezer. The dishwasher has a few pods to run a cycle or two. Washer and dryer worked well and they supplied a few pods for laundry too. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The large windows are incredible. Smart tvs allow you to stream services that you are subscribed too. WiFi worked excellent. Mother Nature showed us her glory with thunderstorms, sunrises, birds, bats and bunnies!!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

Kevin and Angie’s home was the perfect place for us to gather with our family. We enjoyed the pool, ate meals together, played games, and relaxed. The play area upstairs was well loved by our kids. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with plenty of space to park. Directions were clear; the house was easy to find and near the freeway. The hosts accommodated us checking in 30 minutes early to put food in the freezer. It’s also only 5 minutes from a Walmart for all the things you forget. Overall this was such a lovely home and a delightful visit for us! We would stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was very nice and there were plenty of options nearby to get out and enjoy ourselves.

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

We enjoyed the heated pool! It made our family trip so enjoyable.

Location was spectacular! We found it to be close enough to everywhere we needed to be but off the beaten path in a beautiful wooded area. The place itself was clean and brightly decorated and cozy. There were lots of nicely provided personal touches. The beds were comfortable. Would love to stay here again!

The home was perfect for us, there were 4 of us working at Fastlanes installing a new Laser Tag Arena. It was nice to come 'home' to a pleasant house with ALL the amenities you could need. The mattresses are memory foam, something none of us had slept on previously. Slept well though. Host communication was excellent. We would definitely book this home again.

We absolutely loved this house! Felt right at home, very private in a cute little subdivision. We had a blast relaxing in the couch, watching tv, playing ping pong, and playing in the game room. Michael was very proactive with any potential concerns. (Had a small issue with the garage door code, I didn’t think much of it, Michael messaged me and said it was fixed even before I could report it.) Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!

Awesome communication, clean place, had items like coffee, cleaning supplies, spices, things that you might have not brought, forgotten, or didn't know you needed at the time.

We had a fantastic stay at The Mary Lou! Dianne had wonderful communication throughout the entire stay, and was extremely accommodating to the children we had with us--which was a big WIN in our book! She put out a toy rocking chair for the kids to sit in, popsicles in the freezer, water in the fridge, snacks, had a bed rail available to use, booster seats, a pop up bathtub for the littles if needed and so much more! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and she even put out disposable baseball-themed plates for us! Those small details make all the difference! So appreciated! The house was in a quiet neighborhood, extremely well-stocked and visitor-friendly, and very comfortable! Seriously--other than personal items, and food, we honestly wouldn't have had to provide ANYTHING to make staying here comfortable! It was so cozy, and there were so many extra amenities provided by this host--It really made our stay enjoyable. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with our two families including 5 kiddos under 6. Great place for kids! We had fun kayaking and exploring Hobbs state park. Michael was very responsive and gave great recs!

Staying here was such a pleasure for our multigenerational Family get together. The kitchen was lux and well equipped, we ended up cooking every meal at the house! And the beautiful view of the lake meant we spent hours on the deck, enjoying the firepit and the vista together. Timothy has thoughtfully equipped the house with all the little things that make for a relaxing home away from home experience.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful. Kids all had their own space and having three bathrooms was amazing. Easy to get to, location was great. Kitchen had all the things we needed to make family dinners. It was about 5 minutes from the ballpark we played at. Easy drive, beautiful neighborhood.

Great place to stay! Close to downtown Rogers. Perfect stay for our family of four. Hosts were more than accommodating with a welcome basket, clear instructions on departure and plenty of recommendations for things to do. Our family will definitely be back.

Sean was fantastic. We had an issue with the dryer and he immediately dropped everything and came over within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. We would stay again.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This house was better than the pictures!! My family felt right at home. There were toys, a fenced backyard, and lots of very kid friendly spaces in the home! We loved our stay! There was a bit of delay with getting check-in instructions, but the host was quick to resolve it. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon!

An amazing place for a getaway. Great food in the area and an amazing home. A trip I will never forget. Michael was amazing at responding to my questions! 10/10 would recommend.
