Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Good morning, we felt very comfortable at Marion's. It is a nice and quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Marion is a very friendly and caring hostess. Upon our arrival, she provided us with fresh bread, cakes, cheese, etc. and various drinks were available. She had already provided fresh water, bowls and treats for our dog. There was also a wide range of cosmetics/ care products for individual and everyday needs. Marion made sure that everything you need is available. We had a very nice time there. Thank you.

We have been there for the 2nd time and will definitely be back. Great house. We were there with our kids. Each bedroom has en-suite bathrooms . The kitchen is well equipped and everything is spotless. Perfect place for a relaxing break.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house was super clean, very cosy and comfortable with great views from the garden. We really enjoyed the option to barbecue and the huge private garden. The host was very responsive and gave us some good local tips.

A wonderful home base to explore Lake Bled, Ljubljana, and other parts of Slovenia. We spent 5 nights in Nika & Luka's apartment and were very happy with the experience, and would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Lake Bled. The apartment was a very comfortable temporary home as we toured around the region. It has a beautiful view of Lake Bled and it's a short walk to the lake front. Nika & Luka were great hosts with timely and helpful communications. Overall - a fantastic experience!

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this apartment. The accommodation met all our needs and we enjoyed the long evenings on the balcony. The organic farm around the corner delivers fresh produce around the clock, so you can quickly have a few eggs even when the supermarket is closed.

A wonderful stay! The place was sparkling clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – I immediately felt at home. Our hostess Maria was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – you can immediately tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was simply magical, even more breathtaking than in the photos. I am infinitely grateful for this wonderful time and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed it! What a view both from the apartment and in the mountains around it! From the outside, you can't really see what an idyllic place this is! Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from doing a little more!

Marit's place had everything we were looking for in a last-minute long weekend break. It was peaceful, had plenty of walking trails and hikes from the front door, great cafe's only minutes drive away, and beautiful surrounded by the mountains. The apartment itself was so thoughtfully designed; it contained all we needed to cook dinner each night, and big enough to deal with our wet hiking gear! It was very relaxing to enjoy the view from the balcony or from inside the apartment on the cooler nights. Despite there being two other apartments nearby, it's very private and quiet. Marit was a great host; we were delighted to find this spot and would happily return!

All great. It was important for us to have enough space and this place was perfect for five of us. Close to stores, ideal for reaching nearby ski resorts.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

Amazing place, a huge comfortable bed overlooking the misty forest. The sauna was a huge bonus too! Absolutely loved it, would stay again but for much longer.

Gerda was very kind, and communication was absolutely smooth. The apartment was very cozy, clean, and perfectly located close to the lake. Even though we unexpectedly had to shorten our stay by one day, Gerda was very accommodating without any issues. I definitely recommend her as a host!

We felt very comfortable. Highlight of the whole thing was that you could use the entire spa and children's area of the Hotel Cristallo (included).

Miha was the perfect host. the property was exactly what we needed. during the day we had a lot of exhausting activities planned and being able to rest and recover in the beautiful surroundings made us fresh day after day. if I ever needed anything Miha was able to provide for me and my friends. we were all very sad to leave, we could have stayed there forever. I'm already planning my return to lake bled with the intention to stay here again.
