For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Room "Tiny Tenne" (+-15m²) in Lieser- Maltatal. Our mountain farmhouse is at an altitude of 1110m. Very centrally located between Katschberg & Lungau, Nockbergen, Gmünd, Seeboden & Millstättersee. Perfect as a stopover or to explore (Upper) Carinthia! We look forward to your visit! - Not suitable for tall/heavy people, we have nothing against tall/heavy people, but everything it is a bit more compact :) - Room not 100% finished yet, there are still a few sharp edges ;)

Wansnig Hütte

The Wansnig Hütte is a spacious rustic alpine cottage, which is nestled in the middle of meadows and forests above the coastal town of Gmünd. The tranquility all around and the proximity to nature make the cottage a place of relaxation. Info: There is only light current and no possibility to charge electronic devices. I bring the appropriate amount of water to the cabin in canisters, as we do not have running water available at the cabin due to the drought.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in Millstatt on Lake Millstatt! Our place is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in Carinthia. The apartment is centrally located in Millstatt. A bakery is less than a 5-minute walk away in the summer season, so you can enjoy fresh rolls every day. A shopping facility for everyday needs is also just 5 minutes away. Lake Millstatt is a seven-minute walk.

When you experience your first Alpine sunset behind the gable-filling panoramic window of our Stadel-Loft, your soul will leap, if not before! You will live at an altitude of about 800m above sea level in the almost untouched nature of the lower Gailtal, in the immediate vicinity of countless Carinthian lakes, surrounded by the spectacular backdrop of the Gailtal and Carnic Alps.

Wooden hut by the river

The wooden cabin is located in the host's garden right by the river (Lieser), only a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. Bathroom and outdoor kitchen 10 meters across the way. Equipment: refrigerator, hot plate, small oven, grill, fire pit. For fun: swimming in the river, table tennis, badminton, darts, etc. are available. Free access to the river beach for all guests.
