Villa vacation rentals in Spiekeroog

We had booked the place with three other families over New Year's Eve. Check-in was relaxed, as was the check out. Unfortunately, the accommodation was really very cold or completely chilled the first time - it took well over an hour for everything to be so warm that you no longer froze in general. This was especially uncomfortable for the very little guests and the crawling child. If necessary, the heaters were also turned down unconsciously by the previous tenant or cleaning column. Otherwise, everyone was satisfied. The kitchenette was spartan with the essentials of dishes - for cooking there were some pots that were sufficient for the number of people. The area and the direct access from the house to the water read for walking and lingering - certainly very nice in summer. The city is also very close in a 5-minute drive away...you get everything you need there and there are wonderful corners.

We were there with a group of 6 people over SIlvester. The house is great, the layout in kitchen/dining area/living room was top. We felt comfortable as a group quickly.

Great location to be able to visit with family from the Groningen area.

Great Airbnb in quiet location! We spent the long weekend over Corpus Christi in Christopher's accommodation and enjoyed it very much. It looks 1:1 as cozy as in the pictures, has great amenities and is located in a quiet environment, perfect for switching off. Thanks for the lovely stay, we will be happy to come back. ☺️

Review text: We had a really nice time staying at the place! Everything was super clean, cozily furnished and exactly as stated in the description. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the comfortable bed – we slept wonderfully. The kitchen was also well equipped, so we could easily self-cater. The contact with the host was friendly, quick and straightforward. You can tell they're working with heart and mind. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended! Very nice area not far lake and sea.

The house at Tripscompagnie was beautiful, super clean and great host at the farm. Beautiful view with the horses. I fully recommend this place! Regarding Belvilla (Tamara), who is handling it via Airbnb, not that helpful, but fine, all went well in the end! - 5 stars for the house, farm host! - 3 stars for Belvilla service.

We booked the accommodation with 8 people over New Year's Eve. It was just perfect. The accommodation looked exactly like in the pictures. The hot tub smelled a little like chlorine, but otherwise everything was great. I would recommend showers in the lower bathrooms as they are the largest. In one room, the beds are separated, otherwise they are together. The kitchen has fantastic amenities. I was thrilled by the faucet that made directly boiling water. Clear recommendation.

Our stay at Philippe’s place in Hatten was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Philippe made us feel more than welcomed—like part of the family. Ronald offers a very nice house in the center of merstad. There is plenty of space and the garden with direct access to the water is ideal for families. Even in bad weather, the region offers many opportunities for activities. I can recommend the house and Ronald as a host in any case.

Staying at Natalia’s place was a wonderful experience. The house is very cozy, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by peaceful nature — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for most of the vacation for hygiene reasons. Everything else was really great.

We had a lovely week with our two children (5 and 8 years) in the cottage on the Schildmeer. We were able to swim almost every day and otherwise explored the surroundings (Groningen, Appingedam, Delfzijl). The amenities are better than indicated: there is toilet paper, hand soap, hand and tea towels and a large selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. There is no oven, but a microwave where we prepared our casserole. We had a good time and say thank you very much!

We really enjoyed the house, beautiful garden, chill space and swimming pool. Except that it is very nicely decorated, it is also very complete. Bart is very friendly and responded incredibly quickly with a question from us. Even though we were only there for a long weekend, it really felt like a vacation.

The cottage is in a very beautiful park with a good restaurant and nice staff. The surroundings are very green, and you can enjoy hiking in the adjacent forest. For smaller children it is also fun, all kinds of activities are organized. The house has all the comforts. You can cook yourself, do the laundry, there is a dishwasher and the shower is fine. And my son slept right in the bed 😊 Definitely worth it and also worth repeating.

We felt very comfortable as a family. We didn't realize that the house is in a holiday village, which was perfect for the kids and for us. Accommodation tip top.
