Wir freuen uns euch in unserer kleinen Wohnung willkommen zu heißen! Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 45qm. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200). Weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten stehen mit dem Schlafsofa (180x200) im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung steht euch alleine zur Verfügung. Wir als Gastgeber wohnen im Haupthaus nebenan und stehen euch für Fragen persönlich oder per Telefon zur Verfügung. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortably furnished. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower room and hallway. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

There is a private entrance and access to the large garden with seating. Bicycles brought along can be locked up.
