The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Vacation in the oldest and most beautiful house in Spiekeroog! A small but nice apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired. On the lower floor there is a kitchen and the most necessary electronic devices. A cozy living-dining area invites you to linger and relax. There is a shower tray in the bathroom. The toilet is seperate and is decorated by a mural. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a large bed guarantees deep sleep.
