Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

The large balcony invites you to linger.
