New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Our vacation apartment, Abendsonne, is located on the ground floor right on the beach on the beautiful car-free North Sea island of Wangerooge. The non-smoking apartment is 26 square meters and is perfect for 2 people. Dogs are welcome. It has a cozy living/sleeping room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the sheltered south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate. In the daylight bathroom you will find a shower with a deep entrance. The in-house paid sauna and indoor pool are happy to use.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt hinter dem Deich auf einem Hof mit großem Garten – ruhig, naturnah und trotzdem nah an der Küste. Mit dem Rad seid ihr in einer Minute am Deich und auch zu Fuß erreicht ihr in wenigen Minuten die Nordsee. Da wir selbst im Haus wohnen, sind wir bei Fragen jederzeit für euch da und geben euch gerne Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants.

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily accessible via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.
