New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Our vacation apartment, Abendsonne, is located on the ground floor right on the beach on the beautiful car-free North Sea island of Wangerooge. The non-smoking apartment is 26 square meters and is perfect for 2 people. Dogs are welcome. It has a cozy living/sleeping room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the sheltered south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate. In the daylight bathroom you will find a shower with a deep entrance. The in-house paid sauna and indoor pool are happy to use.

Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").
