From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.
