Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing time out on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a courtyard with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. By bike you are at the dyke in a minute and also on foot you can reach the North Sea in a few minutes. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always there for you if you have any questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. On the lower floor there is a kitchen and the most necessary electronic devices. A cozy living-dining area invites you to linger and relax. There is a shower tray in the bathroom. The toilet is seperate and is decorated by a mural. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a large bed guarantees deep sleep.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
