We stayed at the property for 9 people between August and September and had a great time. The house was equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. We found the outdoor ceiling blades not working, but the owner, on our report, immediately provided us with a floor fan. The only "flaws" were the many mosquitoes, surely due to the fact that the gardens of the surrounding houses are watered daily, so we would recommend installing mosquito nets in order to keep the windows open without being points and finally the distance from the sea. We stayed in Alessandro's apartment the first week of September. What can I say!? Very cozy, large house, within a safe area, with private access to the beach. The sea is really close, which is very important to us having an 8-month-old baby. Terracina and San Felice Circeo are minutes away. Lastly, Alessandro is a super helpful person, attentive to the needs of his guests! Excellent tips on restaurants and attractions in the area. Thanks to Alessandro, we will definitely be back!

An absolutely incredible experience my fiancé and I loved Elisa’s home. Elisa helped us so much and made our experience the best it could possibly be. The views were fantastic and the space was absolutely incredible. We were so grateful for all her help this is definitely a place you can not miss.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing vacation days is available. The driveway is exactly as Carlo describes it: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. This was important because, even though "villa" might make you think that you rented an entire house for yourself, it actually is an apartment on the upper floor of the house. The owners live on the ground floor and the relatives in the apartment next door. You do get enough privacy, and have an ample terrace area for yourself. But it's important to know this setup to manage expectations. The views are really spectacular. If the weather is nice, staying on the terrace or balcony is all you need for a fantastic experience. If you want to spend time inside, the quality of life is not as luxurious however. The amaneties are quite basic, but everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are good, but there is no real living room or comfortable place to hang out. There are a lot of steps, which we didn't mind. I gave 5 stars because it was worth it and very pretty

We were very happy. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person. The house is beautiful and is in a very convenient place, 7 min walk to the sea and 2 to get to the city center. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back

The accommodation has a very good location in a beautiful city of San Felice. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, bars, grocery stores, sea. Andrea is a very helpful host who has always been there for us. The trip has definitely remained a good memory for us.
A spacious veranda is furnished with wooden benches and white chairs, surrounded by greenery. Potted plants add a touch of color to the walls. The blue floor tiles reflect natural light, creating a peaceful environment suitable for dining or relaxation.

We spent a week at the end of July at Roberto's house. The house is very nice, with a large garden and is in a strategic location. Close to the sea but far from the confusion of Circeo. On the beautiful patio we spent lunches and dinners in the shade. We will be back for sure.
