Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio è comodo e vicinissimo ad una spiaggia ampia e poco affollata. Luciano è stato un host molto disponibile e attento nel rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Particolarmente apprezzato il check-out ritardato.

Logement conforme et même plus aux photos. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer d'agréable vacances en famille. Le secteur est calme et résidentiel, il est cependant nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour accéder aux belles plages et activités. Les échanges avec Filomena ont été parfaits ainsi que l'accueil et la disponibilité sur place de Cinzia. Très agréablement surpris de trouver à notre arrivée de l'eau fraiche, tomates, basilic, fruits dans le frigo ainsi que de quoi se cuisiner des pâtes en sauce tomate !!!! Encore merci à Cinzia. Giovanna y Antonio son INCREIBLES Anfitriones, super amables, dispuestos, discretos y siempre atentos a lo que necesites resolver. Cultos, amigables, fraternos y cariñosos, todo lo que puedes pedir de una persona esta en ellos. La casa y el lugar, UNICOS!!, una vista espectacular de los amaneceres y atardeceres, la vista desde la cocina, pero sobre todo desde el dormitorio SON ALUCINANTES!! Te sientes dueño del mundo viendo desde arriba la ciudad del Formia y la bahia. El gazebo en medio de los olivos te ofrece una vistas durante el dia y la noche con unas brisas hermosas y donde puedes hacer unas barbacoas a tu medida. Todo el entorno esta a un lado de la casa de los anfitriones, pero tiene ABSOLUTA privacidad y tanto Giovanna como Antonio, se encargan perfectamente de que esa privacidad se respete. Toda una experiencia el aceite de oliva que ellos mismos producen, los huevos frescos de sus gallinas, lo higos... si quieres vivir y sentirte como un Italiano más debes alojarte aqui!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Francesca per 1 settimana e non posso che darle il massimo dei voti . La casa pulitissima piena di ogni confort vicina al mare e alle attività ,un terrazzo bellissimo. Francesca è sempre stata gentile e ha sempre risposto ad ogni bisogno . La consiglio vivamente perche davvero abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa.

La casa di Sabina ci è piaciuta tantissimo. Semplice ed essenziale ma ben fornita e accogliente. Non ci è mancato nulla e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Dall’abitazione partono due sentieri che in pochi passi portano a bellissimi terrazzamenti sul mare e in un paio di minuti ad un piccolo angolo di paradiso. L’accesso al mare è facile anche per i più piccoli e l’acqua è cristallina e piena di vita. Maschera e boccaglio fissi! Tramonto indimenticabile. Grazie Sabina e grazie Cinzia e un saluto a tutte le persone squisite che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere. A presto!

Esperienza fantastica! Siamo stati in questa splendida villa sul mare per un addio al nubilato. Location incantevole, giardino molto grande e curato con doccia esterna ed accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort, tavolo molto grande e cucina esterna coperti da pergolato. Possibilità di effettuare self check-in separati per le singole stanze. I proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Sicuramente un’ottima scelta!

A great stay in a beautiful location perfect for big groups. Tranquil and well kitted out. Cinzia is an excellent host and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful place for family gatherings, outdoor dining, lots of spaces to gather or be alone. The AC was a life saver during this heat wave. We felt like we were staying in our family’s ancestral home. Super sweet.

We had a fantastic holiday in this spacious villa. it was clean, fully equipment and Monica and Giuseppe warmly welcomed us. It was filled uo with coffee, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, olive oil, dishwasher tabs and enough towels for the wjole family. There were beach toys available for our daughter, we enjoyed the big garden a lot and a BBQ was available with a bag of coal. I highly recommend this place for holidays and it is very suitable for bigger groups +4.

The villa is perfectly located just near the sea (3 min walk). It has three bedrooms , each of those equipped with air conditioners and bathroom. The interior inside is beautiful and comfortable, everyone has their own space and also there is a room for common time . There is everything one would need on the vacation . Our reception was very pleasant and the host and guest assistant have been available all the time should we need anything . Even being with a 2-year old child we have had enough space and rest! There is a magnificent garden, which not only beautiful but also has the spaces for common meals, rest and sunbathing. Everything is very thought through, so I would highly recommend the villa and hope we will come next year as well!

Rosalba and Claudia were punctual at the check-in as agreed and explained everything to us in detail in the house. Both of them are very friendly and communicated proactively with us. The house itself is very spacious with a beautiful garden. It exactly matches the pictures. Everything was very clean and tidy, we had no complaints. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. It is located outside of San Felice Circeo, and it takes about 1 hour to walk to the village. There are shopping facilities and restaurants nearby (about a 15-minute walk). The beach is also reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The property is surrounded by a fence, making it private, and the area is very quiet.

What a beautiful location near the ocean! The house is lovely and we enjoyed cooking a few meals, sitting on the terrace soaking in the sun and ocean view. Remo was very responsive and the property caretaker, Luigi, was there to greet us, show us around, and answer any questions we had. Lovely uncrowded pool and ocean access. What a way to start our one-week visit before heading to busy Rome!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a fine Luglio nella casa di Roberto. La casa è molto bella, con un grande giardino e si trova in una posizione trategica. Vicino al mare ma lontano dalla confusione del Circeo. Nello splendido patio abbiamo passato pranzi e cene all’ombra. Torneremo sicuramente.

Our large family of 17 stayed at this beautiful villa to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday and we had a fantastic week. Everyone loved it—kids and adults alike—with all the toys and activities available. The hosts were wonderful: always helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a private and peaceful getaway. We would love to visit again!

Big villa - for a group of seven. Nice pool. Many cats visiting :) No phone signal in the area. That coud be a positive and a negative thing in the same time :)

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans une villa a la vue exceptionnelle ! Nous avons particulièrement profité de l'extérieur de la vue imprenable sur la baie et la piscine... un régal !! Chaque soir un formidable coucher de soleil pour parfaire ces belles journées.

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casa di Salvatore a Rio Claro con la mia famiglia e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La casa è splendida e tranquilla, un vero rifugio perfetto per rilassarsi. Era estremamente pulita e ben curata, e c'era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata, rendendo facile e piacevole preparare i pasti. Inoltre, il giardino è un angolo di paradiso dove abbiamo potuto goderci il sole e i momenti di tranquillità. Un grande vantaggio della casa è la vicinanza al mare, che è bellissimo e facilmente raggiungibile. Con una passeggiata fino alla spiaggia ci siamo goduti il mare bandiera blu. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la loro accoglienza, ospitalità e attenzione ai dettagli.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Stefano was always super helpful, we could not imagine a better place to stay and a better host, it was really nice everything!

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

fantastic stay with Amelia and Giannini at their wonderful house. easy commute to Rome via the train lines at Fossonova arounf 15 minute drive down the hill. Maenza is a traditional Italian village with a real community feel. would definetely stay here again if I visit.
