Tutto bene nell'appartamento di Massimiliano! Host disponibile e simpatico, ottima zona nel centro di Spello. L'appartamento è ben fornito, si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina (senza ascensore). Da consigliare.

A very welcoming cottage in a peaceful, quiet locale overviewing splendid Umbrian terrains. We spent 5 nights in the apartment. Expect to be greeted with chirping birds in the morning as you make breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen and eat in the table outside in the garden as you bask in the morning sun. And when you get back from touring nearby Umbrian towns and exploring wonderful landscapes, we spent cosy evenings in the living room while enjoying the cookies that the owners arranged for us, paired of course with passito. The bed was very relaxing, and you can keep the bedroom dark, in case you get easily waken up by early morning sunlight. We can only imagine how nice it would be to stay in the house during summer as it keeps the coolness very well. The owners were very helpful and communicative. We had a lot of help/recommendations from the owners since we needed a car mechanic during our trip. Overall, very highly recommended!

Agnese was wonderful to work with and we loved the Assisi area! We would definitely come back!

The apartment is very cozy. Francesca anticipated very well what her guests need. It has a full kitchen with indoor and outside dining areas. There is a washing machine and a lot of hanging areas. the balcony is spacious with plants, beautiful cactus and succulents around. there are 2 bathrooms and bedrooms. the 3rd bedroom doesnt have airconditioning, but no need for it since Assisi has cool and pleasant weather when we were there in June. Beds are comfortable. The place is beside the highway, but surprisingly it is not noisy even with the door to the back balcony is open. the location is just about 3 mins walk to Santa Maria digna Angeli, which is outskirt of Assisi. the view from the front balcony of Assisi is fantastic. To get to central Assisi, we either drove up to a parking area or just take the bus line C. Bus stop is just across the apartment. Ticket can be purchased downstairs too. There is a supermarket/mall about 3 mins away.

Super Lage um die umliegenden Ortschaften zu erkunden. Mit prächtiger Aussicht über das Tal mit Assisi Spello Trevi und viele weitere Orte im Hintergrund. Die Wohnung sehr nett eingeteilt und eingerichtet und eine richtig angenehme Ruhe zum Entspannen nach den Ausflügen. Sollten wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Umbrien machen, wird das mit sicherheit wieder unsere Unterkunft werden.

Appartement agréable pouvant loger jusqu'à 4 personnes. Bonne literie. Lieu calme. Belle vue sur Spello et proche pour visiter. Également à 10min de la gare pour les arrivées par le train. Hôtes adorables. Je recommande.

O espaço da Monica é incrível, extremamente funcional, super bem equipado, muito limpo, roupas de cama e banho confortáveis, localização ótima para ir a Assisi. Sem contar que a cidade de Spello é belíssima, não estava em nosso plano inicial, mas resolvemos tirar um dia para conhecer a cidade no detalhe, inclusive fomos a Resiglia, uma cidade encantadora. Monica foi extremamente pró ativa, sempre respondendo com rapidez e eficiência. Apesar das escadas para ter acesso ao apartamento e para ir para os quartos, não foi um problema para nós. Mas sugiro levar pouca bagagem, se possível. Com certeza retornaremos à casa da Monica.

Host molto gentile e disponibile , la casa si trova in una via deliziosa di Foligno a pochi passi dal centro , semplice da raggiungere a piedi con disponibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni . Ambiente pulito e ordinato . Consigliato

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

We found this countryside property a real delight. Well worth the 20 minute drive from Assisi. It was centrally located for us to easy explore out to other areas in Umbria. The room was very comfortable in a very beautiful countryside setting. Our host, Sara was fantastic. We wouldn't have any hesitation to stay here on a future trip to Umbria.

My husband and I stayed in Assisi for a business conference and were looking for a place that was close to things we enjoy, including food, local attractions, and hiking. Simone's place had all that and more! We appreciated his responsiveness and recommendations as well as help when we needed it on our trip. Simone's place had everything we needed including espresso, coffee, cookware, a washer, and even hair products (drier, straightener) to use so I didn't have to pack the bulky stuff. What we loved most was the little terrace included to have coffee in the morning or wine at night plus the apartment temp. being it was made of mostly brick and constructed into the hill almost. I would definitely stay at Simone's place again! Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Casa molto bella,un po’ di umidità per via del pozzo antico che si trova all’interno dell’appartamento. Giardino incantevole, vista pazzesca. Facile girare per i dintorni e parcheggio gratuito vicinissimo. In generale un’esperienza deliziosa!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Tolle Aufenthalt - Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, sehr ruhig - wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Der Weg in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir verstanden haben, war für uns kein Problem. Vielen Dank Giuseppe!

We had the most wonderful time at Marina's. The home is really special, with a beautiful history...we felt right at home. Every room has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was a very special holiday for us, our first with our six month old, and Marina made it particularly beautiful and memorable. We really hope to come back again.
