Places to stay in Spello

We had a magical stay at LA Casa Di Monami. Antonella was a wonderful host and even welcomed us with a Fresh Torta. The facility was very clean, fresh and well appointed. The views from the east facing windows were out of this world and even our Spello Residence Friends were in envy. Those same residents have taken note of Casa Di Monami as an ideal place to refer future visitors. All-in-all, this was an extrodinary accommodation and we will look forward to staying again.

Our stay at Lolita‘s was probably the most home like of any place. We stayed in Italy. The views were beautiful and it was set up for cooking at home with a nice grill and outdoor fireplace. This was perfect for us. There is excellent, hiking very nearby which we took advantage of. Is a bit of a drive up the hill but once you get used to it, it’s very easy. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

I would recommend Piera’s stay to everybody. It was simply amazing, from the start I felt so at home. 10/10!

What an amazing place.. I have been hosting and staying in Airbnb properties for many years now and have never stayed in a place this well presented and with so much care given to all your needs. Nancy Lynn has gone over all expectations regarding the beauty of the environments and incredible generosity with providing items of food, water, snacks etc. as well as everything extras you may need to cook. The property itself is beautiful the views amazing and a lovely location to walk into Spello for cafes etc.. there is a little bakery just up the road and a lovely grocery shop in the main town square which we could get everything we needed for a large Italian brunch back at our lovely home. my only slight issue was having my 86 year old mother with us and having to walk up from the car to the house up quite a hill for her, but we ended up driving up the hill as far as we could to drop her off which was fine. could not recommend enough

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!

Our stay in Spello was just fantastic! The unit is beautiful and in a great location. The roof deck amazing. The church bells ringing nearby made us feel like residents. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The towels probably need updating and perhaps a few extra pillows and towels would be a great addition. Great restaurants steps away… Luana also recommended a fabulous wine tour and lunch with Jennifer—thank you! We hope to return and enjoy the unit and Umbria again!!!!

We had a great 4 night stay in Spello at Brigitte's place. Lots of attention to detail in the decor and amenities. Cute and cozy apartment. Comfortable bed. and sofa. Kitchen had all we needed and she provided snacks and some starter basics, like milk for coffee, juices, and enough coffee for our stay. If you have a car, a great location to explore Spello, Assisi, Spoleto, the whole area. Parking spot right next to apartment. Easy to get in and out to town and the expressway. Brigitte was a very responsive host. We had an issue with not enough hot water for a shower, but she was on it right away. But still might need to take a quick one. Spello is a really cute town and this apartment is a great base for visiting the area.

Mauricio and Patrizia were welcoming and helpful. They made our stay easy.
