Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sparti

This was a perfect place to stay, to be able to walk to the beach or a coffee shop or a restaurant. It was on the second floor, so opening the windows was possible. It was noticeably busy and noisy, like any city, but acceptable due to the location. Everything was clean and a beautiful, older place to stay! We totally enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at the Lemonhouse: loved the location in a quiet hamlet by a tower, with tavernas in reasonable walking distance, plus spots for swimming in the sea only a couple of minutes away. As others have mentioned, the house is beautifully and cleverly renovated, with both a ground floor and roof terrace with views over the sea. The house is equipped with everything you could need. We didn't use the bicycles but cycling around the area looks nice.

Appartement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé, un très grand balcon avec tables et chaises et une vue imprenable sur la baie, coucher de soleil magnifique, climatisation fonctionnelle, parking à l’entrée de l’appartement, endroit très paisible et très sécurisé, à 15min en voiture du centre ville de Kalamata, facile d’accès. Très très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Hôte Ilias amical, réactif, et qui nous a donné des recommandations aux alentours de Kalamata. Séjour parfait.

This was my second visit with assorted family and friends and this time I rented for a month. Friends rented the attached house behind toward the end of my stay, which worked out wonderfully. The house and garden and views are unbeatable. The well-equipped kitchen and barbeque area make cooking a true joy and there are many restaurants and a few grocery stores and a butcher a short walk down the hill into the friendly and utterly charming village. The very clean and well equipped house reflects great attention to every detail and is esthetically very pleasing and comfortable. Kostas is a truly great and accommodating host. I am most grateful for a delightful stay.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και το έβλεπες παντού γύρω σου !! Η Αικατερίνη φανταστική οικοδέσποινα, ένας χαμογελαστός άνθρωπος που σου έδινε πληροφορίες για ό,τι χρειαστείς . Θα την επισκεφτούμε ξανά ελπίζω σύντομα !!!

Over the top!! Die Kommunikation mit Evan verlief von Anfang an perfekt. Bilder können die außergewöhnliche Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses nicht wiedergeben-man muss dort gewesen sein. Fantastischer Blick auf die Bucht von Kalamata inkl. Sonnenuntergänge, für den Menschen viel Geld bezahlen würden. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell an die Küstenstrasse und Strand mit Tavernen, Cafes und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Gerne wieder!

Excellent accueil de Christos,des explications claires. Sofia a ensuite pris le relais pour nous aiguiller dans les rues de Kalamata Couple très réactif a nos demandes et toujours avec le sourire,c est vraiment agréable! Gros plus pour mes amis motards,vous pouvez stationner une moto dans la cour du logement si Sofia et Christos sont d’accord😉 Le quartier est un peu bruyant entre 19 et 22h en semaine mais passé cette heure,plus rien. La nuit fut excellente Merci Sofia et Christos

It's the 2nd time we stayed at Eleanna's place. We've been there last year too. It's a really wonderfull place for those who love simplicity, quiet and calm place. It is so relaxing for the nerves. Sound of waves, birds, the view, all is peaceful. We will come again with pleasure.

Ο χώρος του σπιτιού ήταν πολύ όμορφος ! Αρκετά μεγάλο και καθαρό με ωραία διακόσμηση και έπιπλα . Ιδανικό για 2-3 άτομα .

Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και άνετο, με ωραία αισθητική και ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα. Η τοποθεσία του ιδανικη , κυριολεκτικά λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο , κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις πολύ εύκολες. Παρά την κεντρική τοποθεσία, η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ενα επίσης πλεονέκτημα ήταν η απίστευτη θέα!! Είτε το πρωί με φυσικό φως είτε το βράδυ με τα φώτα της πόλης. Επιπλέον, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και λεπτομερής. Μου παρείχε σαφείς οδηγίες για το σπίτι και πολύ χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τη γύρω περιοχή και τα καλύτερα σημεία της πόλης. Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη από τη συνολική εμπειρία και σίγουρα θα πρότεινα αυτό το κατάλυμα σε όποιον επισκεφτεί την πόλη. Ανυπομονώ να επιστρέψω!

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

Had a fantastic 10 nights stay. Highly recommend. A truly welcoming host who went the extra mile for us during our stay from helpful advice on what to see / local restaurants to welcoming us with a bottle of wine and treats which was most welcome after an early UK flight . A hidden gem and panagiota is an outstanding host - please do visit !

We enjoyed our stay, large terrace with sea views and a view of Kalamata. The kitchen was well equipped to enable us to cook meals. Washing machine and drying rack was very handy. Very comfortable couch was great to relax after long days of sightseeing! Friendly host and neighbours. We would highly recommend this place.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt! Wenn man ein paar Tage Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist das genau der richtige Ort. Dionysis hat an jedes Detail gedacht – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!. Vielen Danke 🙏

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, καλαίσθητο και απόλυτα λειτουργικό.Δε του έλειπε τίποτα.Πληρως εξοπλισμένο και με όμορφες λιτές καλλιτεχνικές πινελιές!Η γειτονιά ήσυχη αλλά και κεντρική. Η Σταυρούλα απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε ερώτημα. Θα προτιμούσαμε το check out να είναι αντίστοιχο του check in.Ευχαριστουμε σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε!

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful (7 days). Maria and Konstantina were super proactive and nice in the communication. They gave us great tips for the area. And when something was broken, they immediately had it fixed. The apartment was super clean, is well equipped, the master bed was super comfortable and the location is right by the beach. We enjoyed the terrace in the morning and the cat family from the neighbourhood. 100% recommendation!

Hara met us when we checked in. She is a kind and generous host. The apartment was perfect. We loved having our breakfast each day on the patio. The inside apartment has been nicely redecorated and furnished. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Hara generously supplied us with oranges, olives and olive oil from their farm. My husband and I travel a lot and it's meeting people like Hara and those special thoughtful gifts like the oranges and olives are the things that make our trips so memorable. Its a lovely quiet village and Mavrovouni beach is fantastic. The water is crystal clear and warm, very safe beach for swimming (take a beach umbrella) Thankyou Hava for everything.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr höflich und nett. Sie haben sehr schnell für jede Frage geantwortet und hilfreiche Informationen geschickt. Die Wohnungszustand war einfach top, alles modern und sauber. Nesspressokaffemaschine & Kaffee-Capsuls, Milchaufschäumer machen leckeren Kaffee. Sehr bequem mit der Geschirrmaschine und Waschmaschine mit Trockener. Grundzutaten zum Kochen waren zur Verfügung gestellt wie Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Parking an der Strasse war sehr einfach. Die Stadtmitte ist einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und werden weiterempfehlen oder wiederkommen.

Wir waren 5 Tage in Kalamata und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Der schöne Balkon war ein Highlight. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin war schnell zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen!

Despite being on a high traffic main street, it isn't noisy inside apartment. Terrace is very comfortable. Noise is distraction for quiet reading, but not conversation. very spacious and comfortable space. beds were great, nice ambient lighting. washing machine worked great and appreciate being given 3 pods for our 5 night stay and drying rack came with clothes pins which was nice for drying outside. shared reserved parking spot accessible behind building. Would stay here again.
