Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Σαράντου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Από την αρχή της επικοινωνίας μας καταλάβαμε ότι έχουμε να κάνουμε με έναν επαγγελματία που σέβεται την ιδιοκτησία του και τους πελάτες του. Η άφιξή μας ήταν εύκολη και μας επιφύλασσε μια πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη καθώς το σπίτι ήταν σε ένα πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο σημείο της πόλης που ήταν όμως κοντά σε πολλές δραστηριότητες. Από κοντά είναι ακόμα πιο ωραίο και φροντισμένο σε κάθε του λεπτομέρεια. Πεντακάθαρο, δροσερό και με ιδιωτικότητα. Ο κήπος δημιουργεί μια υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί καθόλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Ο δε Σαράντος, πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει και προμηθεύσει άμεσα ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Η ευγένειά του και η φιλικότητά του μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε πολύ άνετα. Τον ευχαριστούμε θερμά και ευχόμαστε να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα! Δημήτρης και Κάτια

The apartment was really nice in a really good location, there was a cafe nearby like 1 minute walking, the apartment is really big and comfortable, the communication with the owner was really good! I totally reccomend it!

Very good apartment with all amenities for a family who likes to cook their meals in the kitchen and George was considerate enough to arrange a baby chair as well. Area is peaceful and still just 5-10 min walk to the main square where you have plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Casa molto bella, ordinata e pulita situata in un'ottima zona, a due passi dal mare . Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile. La consiglio vivamente!

Fantastic spot for a walk in the town of Kalamata, friendly host and flexible. Spacious apartment, well equipped and clean. I would definitely stay again with my family.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kalamata! The location is fantastic—close to the Train Park Museum, 10 minutes from the port, and easy access to the center by walking or bus. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and well-equipped. It features a comfortable living room, a small but fully stocked kitchen, a compact bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious bedroom, a small balcony, and even a parking spot if you have a car. The Wi-Fi was strong, making it perfect for remote work. On top of that, the apartment was spotlessly clean, which made it even more inviting and comfortable. Anna Maria, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Her thoughtful attention to detail really made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kalamata

Άψογος χώρος, καθαρός και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει όλες τις βασικές ανέσεις και βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, κοντά στην πλατειά. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα

The room is located in an estate with various trees giving you the opportunity to get close to nature and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the host offered our son crayons to paint on the floor of the courtyard, which made him very happy since it was the first time he went to a lodge. Thank you for the hospitality, we will see you again.

Great and well-taken care apartment. Large balcony and view. Stauvroula’s is a great communicator and answers to questions right away! This was our four time staying in Stauvroula’s place.

It was perfect! The house is just like the photos and spotless!! It had everything you need for a comfortable stay . The location was also very convenient , next to the Marina of Kalamata , but also to the center and beach where you go comfortably on foot ! Mrs. Eleni was very helpful, thank you very much ! So we come again Kalamata we will definitely choose the apartment again!

Very nice and clean apartment, area was good for us , really nice balcony to enjoy.

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

Great and as expected!

What a superb find this was, although 3k from the main town Sparta, we were in the hills with spectacular views from the poolside and waking up to this view every day was amazing, it was quiet, rooms were spacious and clean and the food was very reasonable with huge portions, we were also delighted to find out we had breakfast included. Nothing was too much trouble for our host in his family run hotel complex of 13 rooms. Wifi was free but signal in our room wasnt the best and forget 4g or 5g in the area but at least at breakfast we could catch up on our phones, in Sparta signal was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking up myself for next year.

The listing matches the photos well It is very clean and functional The view is splendid and the sunset is just beautiful Direct access to the pool is a + Air conditioning is very useful and works great We had the residence for 4 days on our own For us he didn't have a lot of negative things: the path to the residence is pebbled yes but didn't bother us at all The wifi is not very good .. a shower mat would have been helpful and especially a few pots and pans and others for cooking . Only a pot I say ONLY a pot was available! I think you can fix this quickly to make your place just PERFECT I still recommend this rental
