Beautiful place, close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, beach, and shopping. The apartment had everything you need, even backgammon and playing cards. Well worth it.

We had a wonderful time in Kalamata and the accommodation was excellent! The room was very clean, fully equipped and in a very convenient location, close to the old town. But what made our stay special was Angela — kind, friendly and really willing to help us with anything we needed. We thank her very much for the hospitality and we will definitely return to the same accommodation!

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

Don't think twice! Book this place! This was an excellent find for our family of four. As soon as we walked in, our kids immediately thanked us for renting this beautiful apartment. The view was out of this world. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just taking in the surroundings. The kitchen had all we needed, even an electric mixer to make frappes! Extremely comfortable beds and pristinely clean. Our host was very kind and responsive. Gave us so much helpful information, even emailed a pdf prior to our stay with many things to do/places to eat and drink. Was wonderful to have the peaceful environment of Mavrovouni beach as well as the picturesque town of Gytheio only a few minutes drive away with many options for food and drink. We can't wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay at Evangelos! The flat overlooks a charming, lively square with restaurants, cafés and small shops. And best of all: lovely walks and archaeological sites nearby.

Very good hospitality and beautiful place

Such a lovely house! Impeccable attention to detail, it exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate Maria’s effort to keep the house well maintained. The only issue we had was the WiFi connection which was good only when in the living room. It can be though a matter of infrastructure.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful rental located in a splendid, quiet environment, surrounded by olive trees, birdsong, breakfast under the olive trees and dinner facing the sea with the sunset, absolutely memorable. The house is very well-equipped, clean, everything is perfect for a successful stay. I'll be back for sure!!!

Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

Seaside views and walkable to a semi private swimming cove! Who could want more! The space was great! Felt like I was living in my parents house!! All the amenities needed. Beds and ac were comfortable! The apartments are right on the sea and walkable to the Main Street! Also walkable to Ritsa beach in about 20 min! Parking right outside! Would highly recommend and I would love to come again!

We had a great stay, the Vila is very peace-full and quiet. Views are amazing and calm. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with attention to details. The pool is well maintained and our kids had lots of fun. Liz the host was very communicative and flexible. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was great!!! We were very happy and satisfied. Our kids enjoyed it so much, we felt right at home. It is noteworthy that the apartment was fully renovated, spotlessly clean and fragrant. It also had all the facilities clean linens, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The neighborhood was very quite and there was parking. There was also a supermarket nearby. Also very close to the port within 10 minutes on foot. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. It was worth the price we paid. I'm sure we'll go for it again.

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.

Bright and comfortable home and great host

The hosts were very polite and nice. They answered very quickly for every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nespresso coffee machine & coffee capsules, milk frothers make delicious coffee. Very comfortable with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Parking on the street was very easy. The city center is easily reached on foot. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.
