Enjoy your stay in a newly renovated and fully furnished apartment in the center of Sparta. Bright, airy and welcoming, in a modern minimalist style. It has excellent quality thermal insulation/sound insulation, modern frames and air conditioners in every space. Ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. It is located at the corner of Kleombrotou pedestrian street and Hamaretou Street, away from the noise of the main roads but close to the hangouts and sights of the city.

The house is a total of 120sq.m. two-storey with two large balconies overlooking Taygetos and the gorge of Rasina, as well as a large outdoor courtyard. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the ontas and the living room with a fireplace. Upstairs there is one two-bed bedroom and one three-bed bedroom with fireplace. Each floor has its own bathroom. You are provided with all the comforts to cook or bake.
