Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in South Yarra

It’s a great little apartment in an excellent location close to many restaurants, bars and shops. This was my 2nd time staying there. The only element I didn’t love was the flood lights shining I to the apartment when the sports field below was being used. These lights are switched off at 10:15pm Didn’t really bother me as I was mostly out and about and I will stay there again in future 👍👍👍

Newly renovated comfortable apartment in secure building. I was especially pleased with the nonslip surface of the walk in shower. Also although the mattress didn’t seem particularly special, I slept on it seven weeks and found that my normally bothersome hip arthritis stopped troubling me entirely. So I would rate this mattress excellent. Warning: There is a lift to the apartment, but unfortunately the apartment isn’t quite accessible as there is a step at the threshold. One more warning. South Yarra turns out to be a good location for heading off in several directions by train. However, this apartment is on a hill so both getting to train station or to Yarra River path required a rather steep descent, while getting to the botanical garden requires an ascent. All in all this apartment offered a wonderful experience of Melbourne and I appreciated the very helpful host.

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

Andrew's place was great for a long weekend visit to Melbourne. Super handy location, only 7-8 mins walk to South Yarra train station and everything that you could possibly need inside the apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

A truly exquisite stay in this art deco apartment in the heart of Melbourne. The attention to detail was impressive.

Hi Buzz, Both Jodi and I had a fantastic time spent at your place. The location worked really well for our time at the F1, and all the local restaurants, bar and Melbournes attractions etc The South Yarra area worked well for us. Fantastic stay. The apartment was great, furnished really well, with spectacular views over the Melbourne skyline. Location in South Yarra was perfect and close walking distance to everything I needed for my extended stay here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay here again.

Jane’s place was excellent!! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and we have been coming to Melbourne for years but this was our first time staying in Richmond. The location is brilliant, close to tram and train and Swan St is fantastic for an array of delicious cafes and restaurants. The terrace was beautifully appointed and a fabulous place to use as a base, but also to relax and unwind. We highly recommend!!

This is an awesome place for a family. We loved it for our family of 5. Comfy beds. Great kitchen, with all the necessary tools for cooking. Comfortable, felt safe, and great location for public transit. Loved the park nearby as well. Highly recommend.

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

Beautiful place, very easy to check into. Bed was soo comfortable! Kitchen had everything needed to cook and bathroom was nice. Street was lively in the day but to be expected given the area but night time was nice and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend others stay as well. Thank you for a wonderful much needed Staycation.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Pete provides everything you could wish for, a beautiful home in a great location! Kind and helpful hosts who really do just want to make your stay incredible.

We had a lovely stay at Henfry’s place. Our favourite part was the view - absolutely stunning! The apartment was neat and clean. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay again.

The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. This apartment is in a convenient and safe-feeling location. It was mostly quiet, though on weekends I could hear some nightlife, but nothing too close or loud. The host was very responsive; a few minor issues were handled efficiently and with clear communication. The lovely bath felt like a real indulgence. I’d happily stay again!

We had a great stay. Everything was as described, very clean, we had everything we needed, the hosts were incredibly responsive and we were very comfortable.

I loved this little apartment. The windows looked out onto lots of greenery with an impressive tree that almost touches the balcony. It was clean, easy and with a comfy bed. It was a really cold couple of days in Melbourne and the heating was surprisingly effective and I was really grateful for the electric blanket! I will definitely stay here again!
