Ideal for short and long term stays. Substantial discounted rates for stays a week or more for this self-contained house with peaceful and private surroundings. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, Lake Burrumbeet, YMCA swimming pool, art gallery, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. It’s a few minutes drive to Lucas shopping centre, 10-minute drive to the CBD and 20 minutes to Sovereign Hill. For safety reasons, the gas fireplace is not available but has 3 reverse cycle aircon.

Guests tell us our house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to the main rooms in the house and one bedroom with a sitting area. If 2+ people are staying and other bedrooms are required, there is an additional fee. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.
