Apartment vacation rentals in South Yarra

It’s a great little apartment in an excellent location close to many restaurants, bars and shops. This was my 2nd time staying there. The only element I didn’t love was the flood lights shining I to the apartment when the sports field below was being used. These lights are switched off at 10:15pm Didn’t really bother me as I was mostly out and about and I will stay there again in future 👍👍👍

Beautiful apartment and dream worthy bedroom!

Juanita provided such a great place to stay for a week. Close to all public transport & restaurants. Apartment was immaculate & Juanita responded to any message I sent virtually straight away. Highly recommend her place to stay

Newly renovated comfortable apartment in secure building. I was especially pleased with the nonslip surface of the walk in shower. Also although the mattress didn’t seem particularly special, I slept on it seven weeks and found that my normally bothersome hip arthritis stopped troubling me entirely. So I would rate this mattress excellent. Warning: There is a lift to the apartment, but unfortunately the apartment isn’t quite accessible as there is a step at the threshold. One more warning. South Yarra turns out to be a good location for heading off in several directions by train. However, this apartment is on a hill so both getting to train station or to Yarra River path required a rather steep descent, while getting to the botanical garden requires an ascent. All in all this apartment offered a wonderful experience of Melbourne and I appreciated the very helpful host.

Andrew's place was great for a long weekend visit to Melbourne. Super handy location, only 7-8 mins walk to South Yarra train station and everything that you could possibly need inside the apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

Hi Buzz, Both Jodi and I had a fantastic time spent at your place. The location worked really well for our time at the F1, and all the local restaurants, bar and Melbournes attractions etc The South Yarra area worked well for us. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the action but a feeling of not being in the center of it all. Many thanks Buzz

Fantastic stay. The apartment was great, furnished really well, with spectacular views over the Melbourne skyline. Location in South Yarra was perfect and close walking distance to everything I needed for my extended stay here. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a business trip Great little apartment in a well kept building. Furniture is comfortable and has everything needed to feel right at home. Look forward to staying there again

What a great stay! As someone from the country, a smaller studio-esque apartment is often challenging, however this place is absolutely beautiful! With plenty of room to stretch out and check out the local area, couldn't be a better home away from home. When I had an issue with the key, Charlotte was quick to remedy!

Maggie was super helpful and flexible, helped me get into the apartment easily. Always quick to respond, apartment was exactly as pictured and described and a great location. Made for a great place for me to recover from a surgery.

I love the location. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and well stocked with simple delights like good cooking knives and wine glasses.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location was great for restaurants, shopping and easy access to the CBD and the rest of the metro network. The facilities were really nice and the apartment itself was very well thought out. There was lots of storage and the whole place made the stay feel like home away from home. Would definitely recommend

Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Check in was smooth and quick, and for us in a business trip, we could walk to the convention centre and back with such good views and everything around us walk in distance Thanks guys, will staying over again next time. Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

The amenities and the views from Jeff and Melinda's apartment was the standout of our stay. Our son loved the kids room so much he wanted to sleep all by himself and also had lots of fun with the toy box. its well located with a tram stop right outside and facilities all around you. Very comfortable and highly recommended. Our favourite place to stay in Melbourne.

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
