The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

Thank you Heidi for an amazing stay. From the very first enquiry to checkout your communication and help was amazing. Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

We had a lengthy stay and the apartment worked perfectly for us. Johnny was a considerate and responsive host which made the entire experience at the apartment smooth and relaxing. The apartment was spotless, spacious, very comfortable, including the bed, and the amenities were exactly as described. A short tram ride to the city, or to Prahran Market and Chapel Street. We made good use of the fantastic pool and gym facilities, and the building backed onto beautiful Fawkner Park which was especially lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, well equipped and well managed place to stay. Thank you again!

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with an amazing view and a great location. The host was kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. The gym and pool were excellent and really added to the experience. Highly recommended – a wonderful stay overall!

It was lovely to stay at Julie’s airbnb. Exactly what I needed for my short stay. I was attending a course and my only regret is I didn’t have more time to spend at the place! I look forward to staying next time I visit Melbourne

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Well equiped in the kitchen and convenient with onsite parking and shopping centre adjacent.

We had a great stay (4 adults, toddler and baby). For our group the house was child friendly on a quiet street with a large shaded out door area. We made use of the extremely well stocked kitchen and bbq. A short walk down to the beach and great little coffee caravan. Would recommend

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

This was our second stay at Renat’s place. We travelled for a wedding and due to a Cyclone had to arrive earlier than expected. Renat was open to us rearranging our stay dates although we ended up staying with family. Renat is very friendly and responsive. His communication was excellent. Renat offered many helpful suggestions for our stay and was very flexible. The house was clean and comfortable with clear instructions and all the amenities you’d expect and need.

We had a beautiful Autumn stay in this property. Walking distance to the beach and 7 minute drive to St Leonards and Port Arlington. The house was lovely and modern with so many extra features. We loved that the kitchen was so well appointed. Lots of space so no one was on top of each other. The primary bedroom was a luxury get away on its own. The host was very prompt with her responses, and some homely touches provided. Would definitely recommend this property.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Wonderful stay at Sam’s apartment over the weekend of the AO Tennis. Easy walking distance. Good restaurants on South Bank. Tram stops and station close by for exploring other areas of Melbourne. Spacious rooms, with ample room for 4 adults. Pool was refreshing after long days. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Stayed at Sanjay’s place while looking for some permanent accommodation. It was a great place to stay. Location wise lots to see and do and easy to get to lots of places in the city. Apartment was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Amenities such as the gym, sauna, pool and lounge if you need to do some work or life admin was an added bonus. Sanjay is also a great host who is always up for a chat and also knows when you might want a bit of space. 5/5!

What a fantastic stay! Mimi was a great host, who communicated clearly and promptly. The place was so clean especially the bathroom and the bed linen. The apartment was so central and close to many great places in the city. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay central in the city. I would stay there again for sure! YiXiao was an amazing host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It’s spacious, close to restaurants and public transport, and everything is within walking distance. She was a wonderful host and I’d love to book again when staying in Melbourne.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

I will definitely be booking this apartment again. The host was extremely helpful and made the stay much more enjoyable with their ease of communication. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants down stairs and a quick 5 minute walk to Southern Cross station. The apartment was clean and had a really good view of Docklands and it was high enough that it was quiet and you could rarely hear noises from outside.
