Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. Admire Harbour Views from a Stylish Apartment

You will enjoy a breathtaking view day and night, facing dockland harbour. Don't miss the sunset, it's beautiful!!! Please feel free to use everything in the apartment. We have washing machine + dryer for you to use. And the swimming pool + gym is on level 2. I will provide you a self-check-in information. It will make the check-in more flexible. The apartment is positioned right across the road from the Skybus terminal at Southern Cross Station. The complex is also situated in the free tram zone – although many are more excited about the famous cafe ‘Higher Ground’ in the same building. Well, big thanks to Melbourne! Becasue we have free tram zone in Melbourne CBD. And luckily my apartment is in the free tram zone as well. Please remember this is a residential property, not a commercial venue. Guests won't be allowed to host a birthday party, wedding party in the apartment. Extra cost + extra cleaning fee will be charged if this kind of situation happens.
