We converted an apartment in our country house into a vacation home. We rent two rooms in a separate apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. In addition, there is a flowering garden with a pond and many enchanted corners. On the terrace there is a fire pit. One room has a large double bed and two single beds, the other has 2 beds. The spacious kitchen-living area invites you to spend sociable hours. All rooms are spacious.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The house is located near Worpswede train station, built in 1910 by Heinrich Vogeler. The surroundings are extremely quiet and green. 1 minute away are tennis court, swimming pool, riding club and in 10 to 15 minutes' walk is the Worpswede center with its numerous museums and shops. Here you can enjoy the famous Worpswede nature. Take walks to the Worpswede Mill, to the Hamme or simply stroll through the meadows.

The 60 sqm apartment, completed in early 2020, is located on the 1st floor of a wooden house directly on Molkereistraße at the exit of Fischerhude. The Hamburg-Bremen cycle path leads past the house and it is only 10 km by bike to Bremen through the Wümmeniederung nature reserve. Bicycles can be rented in the village and there is a lockable shed for storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower.
