A separate bedroom with cozy bunk bed and in the entrance there is a kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, electric kettle and accessories. A private fresh bathroom with shower in adjacent former school building, possibility to rent additional small cottage with 1.40 bed available. Also outdoor shower and playhouse.

Very fresh and newly renovated year-round accommodation with proximity to hiking trails, sea and activities in beautiful Ramsvikslandet. Space for the family, friends or couples. 300m to the sea and the beach. Close to camping with shop, restaurant with rights and rentals of boats and fishing gear. A total of 4 beds in the cabin but the possibility to book 2 extra beds in a smaller sleeping cabin next to the accommodation for a fee. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is done by the guest. Welcome!

Rent out our cabin located on our property in a child-friendly, rural area. Grass areas to play on, and dirt roads to ride bikes. Private entrance, with attached patio. The cottage is located about 5 km from Smögen. 300 meters to Sotekanalen with mackerel fishing, crab fishing, jetty swimming and a small beach to splash on for children. Nice bike and walking path along the Sotekanalen out to beautiful Haby and Ramsvik. Soteleden just nearby. There are hens and rooster nearby, sometimes he wakes up early🙂

The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops. Cozy newly renovated cottage just next to the coastal trail. A leafy oasis with bike distance to Lysekil and 400m to a swimming area by the sea. The guest house of 30 sqm with newly built kitchen and bathroom and is located behind our house.
