Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Lovely three-room apartment with appealing floor plan and sunny patio. The apartment was completed in 2018 and is very well maintained. Your own parking space can be found in the house's own garage. With access to electric chargers. Here you are offered a very comfortable accommodation with an incredibly beautiful environment in the immediate area where you have proximity to salt rock pools, sandy beach and beautiful walking paths. Golf and paddle hall are also available at a reasonable driving distance. You bring your own towels and bed linens.

A gem on popular Smögen with proximity to everything! Within walking distance, you can swim from the beach as well as from the cliffs. 10-minute walk to Smögenbryggan with its restaurants and shops. Around the corner, you have nice walking and exercise trails with a fantastic view of Sandön's cliffs. Grocery store a stone's throw away provides excellent service. Private parking is included in the rent and is adjacent to the apartment. Patio and balcony in two directions for the best sun exposure and plenty of space for socializing

Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

Close to walking paths. 7-minute walk to the center where you will find shops and swimming. The Zita boat also departs from here and takes you over to Smögen. Bäckeviks Tomater is your closest neighbor, where you can buy home-grown tomatoes. Nearby excursion destinations: Ramsvik Nature Reserve / Sote Canal, 10 minutes by car. Nordens Ark 10 minutes by car.

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with a natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.

Gångavstånd till bad. Egen ingång och egen altan med utemöbler och grill. Vänligen notera att städning ej ingår. Bäddset och handdukar är möjligt att lägga till för 150kr/person. Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

The house has a unique overview of a valley and river, running into the sea. The tranquility of nature can be enjoyed while still being very central and close to shops.
