Rent my three-room apartment located on Klevenudden in Smögen! The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment, you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes' walk to the Smögen pier. Parking space is available in the garage under the property with an elevator up to the apartment. When renting, you need to bring your own bed linens and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

Charming cottage - close to the sea and nature

Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

Newly renovated house, near village and bathing

Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Welcome to a stay filled with saltwater swimming, fresh shrimp and vacation. We offer a newly built apartment of 60 sqm with a generous patio in the afternoon sun. The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Opposite Smögenbryggan, is this fresh apartment with the best view. One flight of stairs up with two balconies facing different directions. The apartment is newly built and tastefully decorated. Open floor plan with hall, kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an extra mattress that can be placed next to the single bed, alternatively in the living room. Possibility of a private berth near the accommodation for an extra charge.

Enjoy the charm of a nice cottage. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make out the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you go down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with a 160 bed.

The cottage's windows reflect glitter from the ocean waves. Enjoy the environment relax from the digital tumult that surrounds us in everyday life. We encourage you to turn off your phone & computer. Without WiFi, there is time for quiet reflection, socializing or immersion in a good book. Here near the ocean, guests enjoy a very harmonious stay. It is important to us that you as a guest get peace & quiet when you visit us. We always leave our guests alone .

The cottage has a room with a kitchenette, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker. The cottage has underfloor heating. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hall with wardrobe. Patio in front of the cottage. About 100 meters to the sea. Close to swimming, wonderful sea views from the cliffs just outside the cottage (see picture). Internet is available.
