Grocery stores, restaurants, the Sea House, etc. are located in Lysekil. 12 minutes by car. Choose between natural beaches, cliffs and child-friendly bathing. 5 minutes by car. Hiking trails and golf course in the nearby area. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. The house is located in the core of the island, on the edge of Smögen square, a stone's throw to the famous Smögenbryggan and saltwater swimming. Restaurants within 5 minutes and the bakery for breakfast or good buns 3 houses away. 200 meters to the jetty with shops, restaurants, ferries to Hållö and Kungshamn. ICA store 1 km away but milk & the like are available at the tobacco shop 75 meters away in the square, across from the bakery.

Large kitchen with exit to glazed terrace and lawn. Large living room at an angle with dining area and TV room. Close to store, swimming area and marina. Walking distance to Smögenbryggan. Takes about 15 minutes. Limited parking by the house (1-2 cars) but there is parking in the marina. Final cleaning is done by the guest
