This is a very nice and modernly furnished apartment in a prime location. It is located directly opposite the EGA and a 10-minute walk from the Erfurt Exhibition Hall. The S-Bahn (suburban train) stop is in the immediate vicinity and Erfurt's old town can be reached in just 7 minutes. So, you can leave the car parked without worrying. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside and perfect for lots of relaxation after an active day.

Sit back and relax – in a spacious accommodation. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area overlooking the countryside. To really relax, our place also offers a hot tub and sauna. (for a fee: Sauna €50 per day/hot tub 50€ per day) !Use possible only until 10pm due to the legal quiet time! Free parking. Gas grill can be used for 10€. The accommodation is also suitable for 5 persons by arrangement.

The child-friendly apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022. It can accommodate 4 people and a toddler. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Schmalkalden. It is the starting point for hiking and cycling tours or for exploring the old town.
