Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. Mrs Ana and his husband are amazing people. They answer very fast and very helpfull for us. Mr Petar arranged transport for me to the airport and I could see nice view in Solin. I recommend!!

We had a fantastic week at Livia's place. She made us feel very welcome. The house was spotless and as described - the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, they also liked the smart tv in the cool air con when the temperature was too much! Livia gave us great local recommendations and was on hand if we needed her, but also gave us lots of privacy and space. Excellent host. We walked to one local restaurant (Gurman) which was great - but also it was very easy to get an uber into Split when we wanted to be somewhere busier, with more choice of food/activities.

Charming apartment, kind host. My husband and I loved our stay at Nina's place. It's in an area not accessible with a car, so Nina suggested a driver to pick us up at the Split airport. We are definitely glad we used the driver because he was very kind, his fee was reasonable, and he knew exactly where to drop us off. Nina and co-host Marina were waiting for us and helped carry our luggage to the apartment and up the stairs. So kind! Once inside they took time to explain everything we needed to know and to answer all our questions. Everything was perfect! It's within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in Split, so we got an early start each day and returned to the apartment each afternoon to enjoy lunch and then relax on the indoor/outdoor porch. With the sun shining through the open windows, resting there was heavenly. A glorious spot for our afternoon naps. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and pretty. A lovely stay we will never forget.

If you want a laid back vacation in the suburbs of Split, we can only recommend this. A great stay in a very clean and good apartment home. We enjoyed using the pool and bbq grill a lot. It's a little farther away from supermarkets , but you will have no problems going to Split or shopping with a car (or bus that is within walking distance). It takes 10-25 minutes at utter most to Split and 5 minutes to several shopping possibilities. They had prepared small gifts in form of bread, cheese and sausage which we enjoyed a lot. Communication is great and nothing we can complain about. Enjoy a good meal at Konoba Gurman nearby. Kastel Stari has a cute beach nearby.

Listing as described and shown in the photos, very clean, tidy and well-equipped. Anté hosted us very warmly with fruit and an aperitif in the fridge and he was attentive to help us if needed.

Franka & Boris were great hosts ! Always responsive and helpful for whatever we needed. Boris took the time to recommend us a lot of places, which was very nice of him. The apartment is perfect. Clean, big and comfortable. I think an air conditioning in the bedroom is missing otherwise everything was perfect. The view is amazing. Only 15/20 min from the center of Split; so great location. We felt very welcomed and we recommend this place 100%. Thank you for this !

This place is a great stay for a few nights. Once we found the house (the numbers on the street are a bit inaccurate), we got straight inside and we're set up with everything really quickly. Uber to and from Split is 10 euro, really good value for money in comparison to the bus, however the bus routes are close to the house to get you into the city. There is a language barrier as the hosts don't speak English but they use a translator on the phone and there were no issues at all. Bathroom is tidy, kitchen is clean and has all amenities needed. A/C unit is a god-send in the summer too. They're really fast responding to messages too. Would recommend to anyone. Great stay here.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. We quickly came to Split by car but could also always escape the trouble of the party city. The apartment was clean and well decorated! Niksa greeted us personally and was very friendly. The four of us felt comfortable in the apartment, especially since we had two bathrooms and many towels :) We'd love to come back!

We loved staying with Dora and Manuela, they were hospitable and gave us good tips for the trip. The apartment is nice and clean and easily accessible by bus from Split.

It was a very good place to stay! Beautiful surroundings, close to a beach and with stores within walking distance. Bus connections to central Split was sufficient for our stay, although not the most frequent.

Large apartment, very comfortable, with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The host is extremely delicate and kind.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Very nice and accommodating host. Nice with pool available. We rented a car and it is a twisted road down to the house and partly tight with parking. Rather recommend taking Uber - it worked very well. Felt welcome and enjoyed ourselves as guests! Happy to come back.

This was the PERFECT place to stay in Split. The location was ideal for us — close enough to walk easily to town, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Easy access to the beach. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a view we will never forget. Igor was a wonderful host, very kind and helpful, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for food and drinks in town! Highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.
