This attractive holiday home is located about 100 meters from the old town of Solin. The warm atmosphere of the furnished and comfortable interior certainly contributes to the recovery during the holiday. On the fenced property there is a pool 8x4m, barbecue and children's playroom, surrounded by trees, green hedges that provide privacy. Enjoy swimming on the sandy and pebble beaches in and around the city of Split, which is about a ten-minute drive away. Take a walk along the river in Solin, with restaurants with a great offer.

It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
