This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This attractive holiday home is located about 100 meters from the old town of Solin. The warm atmosphere of the furnished and comfortable interior certainly contributes to the recovery during the holiday. On the fenced property there is a pool 8x4m, barbecue and children's playroom, surrounded by trees, green hedges that provide privacy. Enjoy swimming on the sandy and pebble beaches in and around the city of Split, which is about a ten-minute drive away. Take a walk along the river in Solin, with restaurants with a great offer.

The airport and the towns Trogir, Omiš, Kaštela are 20 min away by car. We have big free parking, 33 m2 heated pool with jet stream, 1000 m2 garden with shower, barbecue, playground, ambient lights, wi-fi, 75" TV, AC in each room, equipped kitchen. You can taste garden fruits grapes, figs & apricots.
