For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

The studio Suttasali is located on the ground floor, and the garden veranda overlooks the common patio of the house from which you can access directly to the beach. The beautiful outdoor kitchen, in the herb garden of aromatic herbs, is partly made with the recovery of wood that during the winter the sea settles on the beach... a house made in Sicily!!
