The apartment, which has WIFI, is located on the second floor of a fully renovated historic building with an elevator. It covers a total area of 130sqm on one level, plus another 40 sq. m. of terrace accessed by an elegant staircase present in the living room. Inside there are two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160x200 in one and 140x200 in the other), air conditioning, heating and televisions also equipped with satellite antenna (at the time of the photos were not yet present), two bathrooms equipped with shower, a large and elegant living room also furnished with Sicilian details, equipped with a double sofa bed (usable on request at an additional cost of €20 per person) and screen, also equipped with air conditioning and TV, communicating through a large opening with the kitchen area equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, a table for breakfast and whatever else you need to make you feel at home; there is also a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, so that even long stays can be comfortably accommodated. The large furnished terrace equipped with an umbrella is ideal for having a nice time. Location: ten minutes from the central train station and cab rank, located in the heart of the historic center, between Via Maqueda and Via Roma, within walking distance of some of the city's main monuments, including: piazza Pretoria, the Martorana and Santa Caterina churches, the Quattro Canti (crossroads of ancient Palermo), the Cathedral and the Royal Palace, to name but a few of the splendid monuments that are part of the Arab-Norman route ( recognized as a UNESCO heritage site ). Within walking distance of the historic Vucciria and Ballarò markets, but still located in a quiet and peaceful setting. In the evening, the nearby squares of Sant'Anna and Vucciria come alive, becoming the ideal place for a pleasant aperitif and an opportunity for meeting and cultural exchange.

Casteldaccia is a small town by the sea located between Palermo and Cefalù, a few minutes from the ruins of Solunto and the eighteenth-century villas of Bagheria. In the historic center of Casteldaccia, you can stroll through the streets of the town and be immersed in the colors and scents of Sicilian culture. Nearby there are various bathing beaches and free beaches. However, it is preferable to have a car with you or rent one to be able to move around without being tied to public transport or train schedules.

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.
