For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

The Villa has about 300 square meters covered on two floors, with large terraces overlooking the sea located inside a pine forest. It is accessed by walking for about 30 meters, a private condominium road uphill. The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.

Sperlinga Estate – Aranciammare

The house is located about 15 km from the city of Palermo in a historical setting within an agricultural estate overlooking the sea. Starting point for countless excursions to discover the most beautiful historical-architectural beauties of northern Sicily. Please note that from 07/01/2023, payment of the City Tax (Tourist Tax) will be required as per the regulations of the Municipality of Santa Flavia. For more information, see the house rules.

Casa Aive, "water" in the Norman language, is a small minimalist house of 35 square metres inside and 35 square metres outside. A corner of paradise just 200 metres from the sea in Casteldaccia, a small seaside village between Palermo and Cefalù. Its 3 main features are: proximity to the sea, proximity to the railway station, and the beautiful relaxing corner with the heated jacuzzi.
