Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

What a beautiful month we just had at Casa dei 20 Frutti. We dreaded leaving and miss it already. We loved every single thing about our stay. The place, incredible. What a view. So comfortable, a great home away from home. The location, perfectly central. We went on a different adventure every single day. There are just so many places to see and just about all are easily doable as day trips. Our hosts, exceptional. Sophie and Alberto are just the nicest people, so generous with their time, with all the beautiful fruits on their property, and they gave us so many great tips on places to visit. An absolute wealth of information. We will absolutely be back. We just can’t say enough great things about this incredible place.

Apartment in a very good location, 5 min walk to the train station. close to all the things to see on foot, restaurants and bars. for shopping, there is a Lidl 5 minutes away, otherwise convenience stores at the bottom of the building. The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks a very commercial and lively street. and finally Eleonora is very welcoming and accommodating in terms of arrival times (past 9.30 p.m. for me)

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

Cute and functional accommodation in the family property. The garden with lemon, orange, almond and olive trees is very well maintained, allowing you to unwind. The pool area is incredible. Mariano is very responsive, accommodating and flexible on schedules. The pool suffered some damage the week before we arrived and Mariano informed us and made sure that the repairs were done quickly so that we could enjoy it. Thanks again!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosting is exceptional and the property itself is clean, modern and met all of our needs. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stayed much longer. The facilities are excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used the sauna and pool if we were able to stay for more nights. The stay was full of nice little extras. Everything is very well thought through. Finally, the nearby town Caccamo was lovely and felt very local and authentic rather than touristic which we found appealing. This Airbnb would make a great base to come back to after full days of sightseeing.

Francesco was a super nice host and very helpful. highly recommend the house if you prefer beeing a little bit further away from the city but still close to a small town with options for restaurants, cafes, bakery and grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Rita and her cohosts were extremely responsive. We needed parking for a rental car & they went over & beyond to get us a reservation at a parking facility. The place was perfect for our family of 5 all adults and in a great location! Even though in a busy square soundproof windows! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Marta was an amazing host, very helpful, approachable and very sweet. The property was beautiful with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal to eat with a beautiful view. I would recommend Marta and her wonderful home to anyone that’s visiting Palermo. The location is amazing. We cannot wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Gab’s place. The location is extremely convenient, everything was close by and easy to reach. The apartment was spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the heat. Gab was punctual, responsive, and professional throughout. We had an exceptional stay, and the Mare e Cielo house was a real plus: the view is breathtaking, the sea as far as the eye can see, the boats, the dolphins... In addition, the apartment is comfortable and functional. Our host Rosella is incredibly kind and available! Go there without a second thought! Well, no: keep them open to enjoy the view!!😁😁

We had a lovely stay at this place. The premises were very clean and spacious. Having a full bathroom per bedroom is a considerable asset for a large family. Our hosts were proactive and responsive. They were very nice, gave us a lot of advice and recommendations. Everything went smoothly and easily. When we arrived, basic food was waiting for us in the fridge and cupboards, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip. The accommodation is easily accessible and free and shaded parking just in front was always available, which is a significant advantage in the area, often crowded due to the nearby beach. The only downside is that the accommodation is next to a rather noisy boulevard. It's difficult to relax on the terrace because the noise of cars, trucks and motorcycles is incessant from morning to night.
