Monthly Rentals in Solanto

We had the most amazing 10 days at Rosellina’s beautiful home in Solanto. From the moment we arrived, Rosellina and her husband welcomed us with such warmth and generosity – they truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. While the immediate area isn’t the most eventful, we honestly didn’t need anything beyond the charm of the house itself and its spectacular view over the bay, the mountains, and the deep blue sea. Best of all was the private “beach” – a rocky cliffside where we could swim and snorkel straight from the water’s edge. The house is just a short drive from supermarkets and lovely small towns like Porticello, Santa Flavia, and Bagheria – and only about 40 minutes to Palermo. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

A truly beautiful view with a comfortable stay. Mario's place was a great location to explore nearby towns of Santa Flavia, Palermo and Cefalu. Highly recommend.

The home is beautiful. The host met us on site and walked us through the place. The back of the property is on the water... and even on the stormiest day the water was barely choppy. The landscaping is incredible, and there are amazing resturants a 10 minute walk west, and a 10 minute drive east. This place is just far enough from dense population to feel cozy and private, but also just close enough to feel like it isnt in the middle of nothing. Perfect location. Could have stayed much longer if we had the time :]
