Monthly Rentals in Smithville

Pulled up to an old town feel neighborhood and home. Inside super cozy and uncluttered (I hate places that have so much stuff). Gave a home vibe. Backyard was beautiful and shaded. My husband and I are both nature people so this was great! There was ice, bottle waters, and coffee with creamer which was a plus for the both of us. Water pressure was great, although the bathroom door was a bit tricky for myself and 18year old son. The couch was comfy and the kitchen table and chairs were perfect for our take out. We didn’t use the kitchen except for the coffee maker. Vanessa was amazing and answered questions promptly. The people in the area were extremely friendly and I felt safe in my morning walks. Nature everywhere. Bunnies and even a baby doe waiting on its mother. A few nice parks and small town that was hosting a car show. Thank you for letting us into your home it was amazing!!

Lavonne and Don were wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The house was extremely clean and well equipped with the items we required. There are informational instructions everywhere, so that there is no second guessing about how to use things. Nice personal touches everywhere in the house. Because we were there for an event and the entire household needed to get ready at the same time on two different occasions, I commend them for having, what seemed to be, a very large hot water heater!

The surrounding were very peaceful and beautiful. The hot tub was amazing for some relaxation. The kitty cat was a sweet soul. Mark was very responsive to a few wasp near the front door. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Conveniently located to the KC metro and Smithville Lake. The cottage was spotless and provided a warm and cozy feel and beautifully decorated. We would definitely try and stay there again on a weekend getaway to the KC area.
