The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Rade is located on the direct border of Hamburg between Nordheide and Altes Land on the southern city border of Hamburg. In 15 minutes you can reach Hamburg City via the A1. Rade belongs to the municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and entrance, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The "Honigspeicher" is an old wooden house that has stood on this site for over 240 years. It is a place steeped in history, located in the heart of the tiny village of Hartböhn. The house was completely renovated in 2024 and features a tastefully furnished and comfortable living area for two people with a garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of peace and space. Active guests can walk, cycle and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath to their heart's content.

Das Nichtraucher-Haus befindet sich ca. 1,5 km vom Ortskern Sittensen entfernt, in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage (kein Durchgangsverkehr, nur Anliegerverkehr).

Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.
