The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Enjoy an unforgettable stay overlooking Lake Constance in Sipplingen. On foot you are within 5 minutes of the water and the first restaurant. Sipplingen has a beautiful beach bar and several restaurants. On the waterfront, there is a paddle board rental and a beach volleyball court. Towels, hairdryer, bed linens, hot air fryer, coffee maker, fridge-freezer are available in the accommodation. The garden is completely fenced. Important: absolutely non-smoking apartment!

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

The modern and spacious apartment offers two guests with approx. 110 m² enough space to unwind, read a book, sit in the sun or simply switch off. With direct forest access, lake view and 5 min walk to the lake, the apartment offers pure relaxation. High, large windows bring plenty of daylight into the apartment, the south-facing terrace invites you to linger, the view of the lake, forest and garden brings peace and privacy.

Dear guests, This fantastic apartment has a picturesque view of Lake Constance. It is absolutely quiet and peaceful. Lake Constance stretches out in front of you, and the hiking trails are right behind you. On your spacious balcony you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and marvel at beautiful sunsets in the evening. In about 10 minutes' walk you are at the natural beach of Sipplingen.
