Das gemütliche Appartment besteht aus einem großen Raum im Erdgeschoss, mit angrenzendem Bad sowie einem Obergeschoss mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Es befindet sich im liebevoll renovierten ehemaligen Stallgebäude unseres Bauernhauses. Dieses liegt in einem ländlichen aber ortsnahen Teil von Tettnang ca. 8 km vom Bodensee entfernt. Die Wohnung vereint den Charme ehemaliger bäuerlicher Nutzung mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Der Kamin bietet gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein besonderes Ambiente.

For a relaxing & inspiring stay on Lake Constance: a modern, minimalist studio apartment in a quiet hillside location directly by the nature reserve. The floor-to-ceiling glass front offers a panoramic view of the lake and nature. With private terrace, kitchen & parking. The architecturally unique house was designed in 1976 and named "House of the Year" by "Schöner Wohnen". Reinterpreted in 2025 and powered by 100% renewable energy. Lake about 800 meters away, nature right outside the door.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

With just a 2-minute walk to the lake and beach, you couldn't choose a better vacation spot!

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Unser Haus liegt idyllisch direkt am See mit einem traumhaften Blick in die Schweiz auf den Säntis und die Zeppelin Stadt "Friedrichshafen". Seit 8 Jahren sind wir erfolgreiche und glückliche Hosts, durften jede Menge tolle Menschen bei uns begrüßen, die auch gerne unser ganzes Haus gebucht hätten. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden ab Ostern 22 unser ganzens Haus netten Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Das auf Stelzen stehende Seehaus befindet sich direkt am Bodensee. Auf der Terrasse und von innerhalb des Hauses lassen sich wunderbar die Landschaft, die Atmosphäre am Ufer und dem See sowie die Sonnenaufgänge beobachten. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich an sehr ruhiger Lage ausserhalb der Ortschaft und eignet sich für Ruhesuchende, welche sich gerne mit Natur umgeben.
