This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Sipplingen has a beautiful beach bar and several restaurants. On the waterfront, there is a paddle board rental and a beach volleyball court. Towels, hairdryer, bed linens, hot air fryer, coffee maker, fridge-freezer are available in the accommodation. The garden is completely fenced. Important: absolutely non-smoking apartment!

Our ground floor apartment has a separate apartment entrance. On about 50 square meters of living space, make yourself comfortable and enjoy the time. The living and dining room with lake view is modernly designed and invites you to linger. A cup of coffee or a small snack is no problem in the well appointed kitchen. After swimming in the lake, quickly hop under the shower in the brand new bathroom. Sleeping comfortably in the new box spring bed and feeling like home.

Great place, very clean and located in a beautiful place. Everything as described in the listing and shown on the pictures. Only a few minutes walk to the lake, the train station and to beautiful hiking trails to explore the Lake Constance region. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We spent some great days in the apartment SeaSide. The location was uniquely beautiful, the view a dream! We also particularly liked the furnishings and amenities. We will be back for sure.

We had a great stay at Ms. Marte's apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished to feel good, very clean, quietly located and it has everything you need. We were even able to accommodate our bikes in an extra room in the yard. There is also a parking space for the car right by the house. From the balcony you have a small view of Lake Constance. Communication with Ms. Marte was always very straightforward, fast and friendly via email, phone and text message. We can absolutely recommend the apartment!

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

We had a lovely vacation at Cornelia and Wolfgang's. The apartment is very lovingly decorated and has its own outdoor area with garden and view of Lake Constance. The garden is very lovingly designed and has a great herb bed which you can use. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and lacks nothing. From the fully equipped kitchen to the large bedroom closet, it has it all. We enjoyed being a guest of Cornelia and Wolfgang. And the two are a great host couple! Thank you so much for having us.
