Die Unterkunft ist super! Das Grundstück, der Pool und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war ein absoluter Segen. Alle aus unserer Familie haben es sehr genossen, in diesem tollen Haus zu sein. Super Aussicht im ganzen Haus, sehr gepflegter Garten und alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für diese Erholungsoase!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. La zona era davvero tranquilla e comoda, perfetta per rilassarsi, con una vista pazzesca che ci ha lasciati senza parole. L’appartamento ha superato nettamente le nostre aspettative: tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli e pulitissimo, si vede che c'è tanta attenzione e amore nella gestione. L’host è stato eccezionale, sempre disponibile e super cordiale. Ci ha consigliato anche un ottima osteria dove cenare e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si percepisce chiaramente che ci tiene davvero ai suoi ospiti, accogliendoli con cura e dedizione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tantissime cose da mangiare per la colazione e l’aperitivo, un gesto davvero apprezzato che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Spero davvero di tornarci presto, è stato tutto perfetto!

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Maria Luisa per 3 giorni durante le feste Natalizie. Alloggio molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Posizione riparata e con bellissima vista sulle montagne. Maria Luisa è stata sempre reattiva nel momento del bisogno. Unico consiglio , vista la strada un po’ impervia per arrivarci, è necessario salvarsi la posizione sul navigatore. Sicuramente consigliato a tutti .

While the place wasn't cheap it was exactly what we needed for our long weekend away. We thoroughly enjoyed it and decided to make it an annual tradition.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber es gibt sehr viele unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

La maison est parfaitement équipée et idéalement située dans le Parc Ela. Propice à un séjour au calme, proche de la nature avec tout le confort nécessaire. De multiples possibilités de randonnée au départ du logement et alentour. Nous avons passé un magnifique moment en famille dans ce cadre chaleureux. Merci à Geneviève pour ses bons conseils, sa réactivité et ses suggestions qui ont été appréciée.

Absolute Begeisterung. I have fallen in love, das Haus ist eine Wucht. Andri hat den Umbau bis ins Detail sorgfältig geplant und nicht an nichts gespart. Ein Privileg, dass Andri sein Haus vermietet. Ich hoffe, er wird dies noch lange tun. Die Materialien, die Architektur, die Möblierung, alles vom Feinsten. Sogar die Sauna ist durchdesignt. Alles ist so schön wie abgebildet. Dazu die Historie des Hauses in diesem wunderschönen Dorf. Andri und seine Eltern sind äusserst sympathisch, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir, unsere Söhne und deren FreundInnen, die dabei waren, waren alle begeistert und haben es sehr geschätzt, so schön zu wohnen. Die Schneeverhältnisse in Scuol waren anfangs März trotz hohen Tagestemperaturen noch sehr gut, sogar die Traumpiste nach Sent. Man kann mit dem Auto ins nahe gelegene Ftan fahren, wo man Zugang zum gesamten Skigebiet hat. Herzlichen Dank an Andri und seine Eltern. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

I would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic place, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very communicative, helpful and welcoming. For these reasons I give the highest rating. The house, which is more than 100 years old, in a pedestrian area on the hillside, also has some inconveniences (uphill walk to the house, toilet on a different level from the bedrooms). For me this is a minor inconvenience, but it might bother someone else. The host sends a video showing the approach from the car park to the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s place! She had every amenity we could need, the apartment was very clean, and she was always responsive and friendly. We enjoyed morning runs and workouts on the nearby paths and the close proximity to the train station (we visited Chiavenna twice). Would recommend and we hope to return in the future!

Nach einer langen Fahrt sind wir bei Pierino angekommen. Er hat uns direkt herzlich begrüßt und uns das Haus gezeigt. Dabei hat er alles genau erklärt und auch jede unserer Fragen beantwortet. Er war außerdem jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat sich auch spontan Zeit für uns genommen um uns Geheimtipps in der Umgebung zu zeigen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, in keinem Zimmer war Staub zu finden und man hatte alles was man benötigt, von frisch bezogenen Betten zu einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, sowie Strom und Internet. Genug Feuerholz für Kamin, Pizzaofen und heißes Wasser war ebenfalls vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses hatte man viel Privatsphäre, kam aber auch schnell ins Wandergebiet oder nach Grosio zum nächsten Supermarkt. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei, ob Einkaufen, Wandern, Burgruinen und Kirchen anschauen oder sich mit den netten Einwohnern unterhalten (was trotz Sprachbarriere gut funktioniert hat). Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder :) Grazie mille Pierino!

Wer sich Natur und Ruhe wünscht und ein eigenes Auto hat wird diese Unterkunft absolut zu schätzen wissen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Keine Touristenmassen, kein Lärm. Wie leicht es wäre mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hier klar zu kommen haben wir zwar nicht ausprobiert, stellen wir uns aber nicht so leicht vor. Das Auto konnte unweit von der Unterkunft geparkt werden (300 Meter ca.). Die Stadt Como ist 1,5h und der nördliche Tei vom Comosee 30min entfernt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mega sauber, es ist zum Kochen alles da was man braucht. Bett bequem, Bad angenehm. Internet reicht für Privatnutzung. Giovanni ist sehr nett und auch wenn er keinen Englisch spricht, ist er sehr einfallsreich. Viele Anweisungen waren bereits schriftlich vorbereitet gewesen und als er uns empfangen hat, hat er Google Translate auf seinem Handy verwendet, damit wir miteinander kommunizieren können. Es ist sogar ein kleines Kinderspielplatz gegenüber von der Bushaltestelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist ein wunderbares ruhiges und privates Haus am Rand des Ortes von Palanzo mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die beiden großen Fenster schauen auf die üppigen grünen Terrassen gegenüber. Die Qualitäten des Ortes und des alten kleinen Hauses wurden mit großem Können zu einem harmonischen Ganzen neu gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke auch für das herzliche Willkommen und die Tipps. Die Kommunikation mit Gloria über Airbnb war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Räume großzügig und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren hier 4 Tage mit 5 Erwachsenen.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la maison de Cristina et Mauro. Comme déjà mentionné à plusieurs reprises dans les commentaires la vue depuis la terrasse est à coupé le souffle ! Quel bonheur de se réveiller chaque matin avec ce spectacle différent chaque jour... Et que dire sur cette maison magnifique, pleine de charme tout en restant fonctionnelle, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Une chose est sûre vous ne voudrez plus jamais repartir de ce paradis ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr. Encore merci à tous les deux et à très bientôt !
