Our stay was amazing. The posted pictures do not do her place justice. you have to see it, to believe it. We did opt for a private dinner in our room and it was just wonderful. We were served a linguini pasta in an olive oil sauce with amazing tomatoes, then homeade bread with a chicken dish, with a thick sauce, but I can't explain. maybe like a piccata, but different and grilled vegetables with a ginormous portion of tiramisu. I highly recommend!!!! It was around 80' F, and the place was cool inside, as described. The pool was beautiful, although we didn't use. Her horse is probably the most friendly horse I've ever met! The route is not easy to get there, but that's just how the area is. Lots of winding roads and sharp curves. Pay attention for motorcycles and bikes.

Wow what an incredible stay at Claudia's! It was the perfect home base to explore other towns in Tuscany, and after a long day of sightseeing, the apartment felt so relaxing like a real home away from home. We were lucky enough to stay during the Festa Del Barbarossa where San Quirico really came alive and we got to experience the festivities. As for Claudia she is a 10/10 host! She made sure we were well prepared, met us at check in and had stocked the apartment with everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book Claudia's apartment. It is top tier accommodation! We had such a wonderful six days at this beautiful place. It was comfortable and one of the most picturesque properties we’ve stayed at in a long time. We fully enjoyed the barbecue area, walking the trails, and all of the special views from our room. Nico and Elena were such gracious and lovely hosts - we appreciated such wonderful hospitality.

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

We loved our stay at Marco’s. The cottage, pool, location were wonderful and the views amazing. Perfect way to end our vacation. Very thoughtful with snacks and drinks provided. .

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

We loved our stay on the vineyard! The apartment was perfect with everything you need to self cater, Chiara also offered breakfast and a beautiful dinner on certain nights which we loved and would highly recommend. The surroundings were beautiful and we loved relaxing by the pool. Chiara was a fantastic host and we felt very welcome.

Romina was a great host, we were late to arrive, so she sent instructions for us to enter ourselves. She was extremely helpful and recommended a great restaurant, booked is a taxi and could not have been more helpful. The apartment was close to Palazzo Pitti and a short walk to Ponte Vecchio. It really left like home. Highly recommend.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

An unforgettable stay - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at La Dogana. It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

We stayed at Elisa’s place for a week and were very happy with our experience. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it was peaceful, practical, and exactly what we were looking for. The location is beautiful and quiet — perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the crowds. We were traveling as a family with our 11-month-old baby, and the house was very suitable for that. Communication with Elisa was generally smooth, though responses could sometimes have been a bit quicker. The only minor downside was the internet connection, which wasn’t always stable. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back in the future. Thank you, Elisa!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

This air B&B was in a beautiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views. The property had many areas to sit and enjoy the rolling hills.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. We’d definitely come visit again for our next Florence trip. Thanks Caterina!

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

The accommodation is large and impeccable, located in a villa full of charm. Very well maintained and clean. Despite a problem with the air conditioning, we felt the owner was proactive in having it repaired. She ended up installing a removable AC that was sufficient. I would recommend it in a second.

Staying here made us feel like we were truly a part of Florence. The apartment is cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located—central to everything. Monica is an incredible host: warm, helpful, and full of fantastic recommendations. Their website is also a treasure trove of resources for planning your visit. EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.
