The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). On the Chianti hills, portion of an old stone farmhouse from the 1800s, located in S. Filippo, a small hamlet of Barberino Tavarnelle, halfway between Florence and Siena, a 30-minute drive from Florence airport, 1 hour from Pisa airport. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen and dining room. Magnificent view of the hills from every window! Beautiful infinity pool with whirlpool area, unheated and open from April to October.

A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.
