Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. Driftwood is a lovely bright detached cosy cottage with parking. It is at the end of a quiet pedestrian street. It has 3 double bedrooms one with en suite toilet and sink. Downstairs Family bathroom, kitchen with dining area, cosy lounge with French windows onto a good sized south facing courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Driftwood is a 4 minute walk to the seafront, coast path, kids play area, indoor swimming pool, shops, cafes, pubs and cinema.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. There's private off road parking right next to the front door. I have tried to include everything you need, toys and games, and beach stuff

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts.
