'SOVA' is a unique 1st floor Annex in the village of Sidford, Devon, just 2.5 miles (approx.) from the beach, Sidmouth Town Centre, and the Esplanade. The accommodation is beautifully presented with exquisite attention to detail and high quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A lovely family home near Sidmouth beach overlooking a park with peaceful surroundings, perfect for a family of 4 but can sleep up to 6. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 smaller, a modern large bathroom, new kitchen with everything you need. The whole house is really light with sunshine flooding through pretty stained glass windows. Thoughtfully decorated with really imaginative use of space. The holiday cottage has sea views is right on the costal path, next to an indoor pool and the high street.

2 Chapel Mews, Sidmouth is in a perfect position in the centre of town just around the corner from the shops and less than a 200m level walk to the beach yet tucked away in a peaceful location. 1 free allocated parking space outside the cottage. The cottage is perfect for families and couples alike that want a comfortable and relaxing base for their holiday. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a sumptuous king size bed and the other has 2 singles all with quality linen and fluffy white towels.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.

Peaceful, centrally-located holiday home, which has recently been completely refurbished. It is located within a 5 minute level walk to Sidmouth town centre, 10 minutes to the seafront, and a minute from the Byes riverside park. The house adjoins the owner’s property, but has its own access.. There are beautiful views to the garden and across the valley. There is free parking on-site and access to a large garden with lots of seating areas available.
