This year marks the 17th year of the rental villa, Palm Island. Limited to one group per day, the shallow, wide sandy beach of Izu-Uzami Coast is right in front of you. You can also have a BBQ, or fireworks on the coast. The BBQ is currently limited, and you can use the restaurant for guests with meal reservations (limited to BBQ space & hall) 12-minute walk from the station, within walking distance to a supermarket, convenience store, drug store and in a good location. MEGA Don Quijote is a few minutes drive away. Parking is available for up to 5 regular-sized vehicles in front of the accommodation In addition to a 30-tatami-mat living room that can accommodate a large number of people, Japanese-style rooms are also available, so you can secure a private space (the number of rooms will be provided according to the number of people. It will be a fully renovated facility in July 2023. Relax with pets in this quiet and stylish space. The entire facility is an image of the west coast of the United States. There is a separate pet fee of 5,000 yen for guests traveling with pets. Please check your pet items at the time of booking your stay. * Additional fees will be charged when discrepancies between the number of people booked and the number of guests. Reservations are also required to use the barbecue space. Check-in is basically a lockbox. Please leave the keys on the shelf next to the front door and go out. This building has a 1LDK floor plan. The bedroom has two single beds. Also, there are two sets of futons, so if you are staying with more than 3 people, please put this in the living room and use it. The terrace, created to view the starry sky and sea from the ocean, features a jacuzzi and hammock swing, where you can relax and enjoy the gentle breeze. From the terrace, go up one more level to the sky deck, where you can look out and see only nature. A breathtaking view spreads out. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. The 20-tatami mat open atrium living room has a sofa, kitchen with a fireplace, loft, and a relaxing space.

In June, fireflies fly in and light up the clear water. When you look up at the sky at night, there is a starry sky. Enjoy an extraordinary space that can't be tasted in the city. We hired a 100 inch screen projector.You can watch video content on the big screen while lying in bed. It is such an inn that I would like you to relax. You are also welcome to travel alone. Please note that the bus stop is 7 minutes on foot, but the number is small.
