The building is a retro apartment built in the Showa era, but the kitchen, shower and toilet have been renovated.It is also equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling) so you can have a comfortable stay. Your room is upstairs, but you can enter from the public road without climbing stairs. As the liminal = "boundary", it is a place where you can enjoy the boundary between the sea and the city —— the sea and the city. A calm, mature room with wooden furniture in a space with a concrete frame, fully equipped with a kitchen (fridge, microwave, basic cooking utensils), washer and dryer, and air conditioning. The Atami Marine Fireworks Display (to be held on 7/20, 7/26, 8/5, 8/9, 8/18, and 8/24 in the summer of 2026) is 1 minute on foot to the venue in Atami Bay.You can get to the water park and the beach deck in 1-2 minutes on foot.After finishing, you can immediately return to your room, despite the large crowd. 5-minute walk to "Marine Spa Atami", famous for its day-use hot springs.There is also a supermarket and convenience store within a 3-minute walk. * No parties allowed. The interior, inspired by southern France, is based on gray and light blue, and the low beds are semi-double sized. For the mattress, you can choose between a firm mattress and a luxury [Sealy] mattress, or a USA luxury bed king down [Legaria] mattress that feels like you're wrapped in clouds. We aimed to create a relaxing space. It is also soundproofed with double sashes and is ideal for workation with high-speed WiFi + Bluetooth speakers. When you wake up to the morning sun, Shirahama Chuo Beach is a 1-minute walk away. After playing in the ocean, relax in the hot spring baths in the condominium. Rest peacefully in the fluffy [Simmons bed] at night. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city and be soothed by the sea and nature of Shimoda. This is a private rental limited to one group per day. BBQ can be enjoyed on the premises, although reservations are required and limited to the first 2 groups. The Japanese-style room has two single beds, a futon, a sofa bed, and a small room where you can have the room all to yourself. This is a great place to stay for everyone to enjoy.
