It was in a good location and it was very quiet!

The host was very kind and had a comfortable stay.Thank you!The beautiful sea spread out before me, and I was able to relax in a great location.It was a three-story building, but there was an elevator in the building, so it was safe for families with bad legs.We were grateful for the amenities, coffee, and sweets. The only thing that bothered me was the thin futon and the sound of cars that could be heard from the road right behind (there's nothing you can do about this, but…). Also, there was no mention of it in the amenities section, but there was a hair dryer!

A lovely spot in a quiet beach town, amazing views, stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also great, a tub and shower with a great view. Overall a great stay.

Nice newer house near the beach, could see the ocean and green hills, and heard the waves from the bedroom. The raised futon was comfortable and provided nice sleep. Tomomi was accommodating, responsive, and friendly. I look forward to coming back again!

This air bnb was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family. We loved staying here and will stay again! The host was responsive and helpful and the home had everything you could want. Would recommend host get a house manual to leave for guests with a WiFi password (there is a nice easy QR code for WiFi) but sometimes connecting devices like kindles without cameras need a password. Manuals for the appliances in the house would be helpful as well. This air bnb was just so clean and welcoming and comfortable! We loved how it was remodeled to add modern but try to keep traditional Japanese touches. Just a lovely stay, we will be back! :) thank you!!

It was very smooth from check in to check out.They were quick to answer any questions we had, which was helpful. It was a very beautiful room and it was well cleaned.I was also happy to have coffee and tea service in the kitchen!

We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. This Airbnb is a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Japanese charm. The private onsen was incredibly cozy and spacious, and the Hinoki wood accents throughout the house added a touch of elegance. We loved running each day at the beach, along the coast to another town, or up the river into the mountains, and simply relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Better get here first before we tell our friends about it for the same weekend!

Even though we stayed there during cloudy rainny days, the panaroma windows of the exceptional view took our breathe away in our 3 days stay. *Location - Host sent a clear instruction with different route to get to the house, It located up in the hill, a vehicle is neccessary, avoid big car or sport cars since the house entrance is locating at a quite deep slope and the road is not even and bumpy. we arrived after sun went down and it was a bit challenging, but once you did the first time, everything went ok. (we rented a 4 seats suzuki swift) *Kitchen - I stayed in quite a few airbnb but this is literally Got everything you need, tons of cutleries in different styles and most of them are in japan made quality. we did some groceries shopping and had a shabu shabu, the night was beautiful. *Rooftop - The house face NW, we managed to enjoy the sunrise looking behind the house at the rooftop and let me say, tranquility with after rain air, birds charms, a very memorable experience.

The exchange of messages beforehand was smooth, and the service was always polite. The facility was very beautiful, and the view of the sea from the living room was great. The kitchen and bathroom were also clean, and the fact that the dishes and cups were plastic containers was a bonus. There are insects, but mosquito coils and pest sprays are also provided. There is a Don Quijote very close by on the map, but it is a steep slope, so it seems like it would be quite exhausting to go shopping on foot after checking in.

First of all, highlight the good taste and decor of the house, spacious and very well located in a quiet and traditional Japanese neighborhood. The house is located a few meters from the beach, which can be accessed by walking without any problem. The host Richard always attentive and detailed, welcomed us with fresh fruits and coffee, as well as tea at ease in the house. The house is fully equipped, kitchen, rooms and cleaning areas. The only detail to take into account is that the parking lot is a few meters from the house, which is accessed by small alleys that can be a bit challenging for people who are not used to driving in Japan or who have large vehicles. The beautiful beach, and all the tourist attractions nearby. Undoubtedly location, attention and quality that deserve five stars. Regards Richard and thank you for everything 🙏

The Geisha House was a fantastic place to stay in Atami!! Very spacious for the 4 of us and had great amenities - just like the photos depicted. Loved the sublet bath!! John was an excellent host, always quick to respond and very friendly 😊 will definitely stay here again!!!

What an absolute magnificent place to stay if you want to escape tokyo for a while. Very beautiful home with a lot of soul. The view is stunning from the house and garden onto the open sea and it’s surrounded by beautiful nature. One of the most special houses we ever stayed. The stuff and host are friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

The view from the inn was fantastic and it was very healing.I used it with my family and my dog, but the dog cage and diapers were prepared, which was very helpful.The road is also wide, the parking space is spacious, and it is very accessible.I want to go again.

The house is beautiful, quiet, near the seaport with beautiful scenery, but because the parking is a bit far from home, it will be a bit inconvenient to carry a lot of luggage

Our family was so lucky to meet this host! He offered us amazing value-added services that made our trip fun, convenient and memorable! He cooked us a delicious wagyu beef camping-style BBQ in the garage, took photos for us using a professional camera and was our local guide in the area. He offered to drive and guide us around various sites and experiences in the Mount Fuji area. We felt the hospitable warmth of a local throughout our stay. The house is clean, modern and amply equipped. It is a 10-minute walk from the black sand beach and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop that plies the main Street to the port, station, and observation tower. We highly recommend staying at this Airbnb. Thank you for hosting us and making this trip so special!

The house is really nice. It's very clean, good location and the views are beautiful. We were able to freely enjoy the garden and BBQ. The bedding is comfortable. Everything is very clean (bathroom, kitchen, sheets, towels...). Finally, many beaches and spots to visit nearby. Thanks!

We had an amazing time during our 3 day weekend ! Place was exactly as per the pictures and we had the feeling of being in another country ! Beach really close by (walkable distance but with hill to get back to the house), convenient store and grocery shopping near by if you have a car. Would happily come back for holidays !

It was a relaxing place to unwind. This area is unique in that it is rich in nature and you can enjoy the sea, mountains, and rivers, and see Mt. Fuji. The food is also generally delicious in the area. There is also a hot spring facility within walking distance. There is a terrace on the 2nd floor where you can barbecue, lie down in a hammock, and relax. There were plenty of beds and futons, so it was fine for families and groups. Monitors and printers were also provided so that I could work on my computer, and I was able to use it as a co-working space.

Thanks to the very kindness of the host, we had a comfortable time.We were able to relax with all the BBQs and bedding.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

I enjoyed staying there. There were all the equipment mentioned, and it was very peaceful. The balcony/deck that is covered and with a barbecue is a huge plus, it was so relaxing.
