The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. The house is idyllically located, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters above sea level) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center is a 10-minute drive away. The See ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes and Ischgl in 25 minutes by car. The apartment is particularly suitable for nature-loving people looking for peace and quiet. Dogs are allowed. Parking space available.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The gastronomy and shops are about 5 minutes by car, on foot in about 20 minutes. The large windows illuminate the premises and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!

In the middle of nature and directly on the Inn, you will enjoy and relax AWAY FROM THE TOURISTIC PATHS.

Also an ideal starting point for motorcycle tours. Our apartment is about 30m2 and is equipped with: Living/sleeping room with TV (Netflix) and king size bed; kitchen with fridge, stove and oven and coffee maker; bathroom with walk-in shower.
