Summer 2026 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, within walking distance of the sea. It was my home for a long time, and now I'm making it available to you, my fellow travelers. An open-plan kitchen and living room, a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower and full facilities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and the bedroom. Access is by Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

The sweeping views from the large terrace is truly unique, and it is well-worth a visit just to experience it. Everyone is welcome

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Guest House of the Tavignano Estate

The Tavignano estate is located in the heart of the Marche region, within the famous DOC of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, between the valleys of the river Esino and the Musone on one side, and between the Apennines and the sea on the other side. From the highest promontory of the Estate dominates the manor house, which houses the barrique, the family house, and an elegant Guest House.
