Raffaella welcomes you with a smile that warms the heart. You truly feel like you have found your Italian roots, even if you don't have any : ) This is a very special place, not only can you see it, the views are breathtaking everywhere you look, but you also feel something very sacred here. There is a quiet in listening to the birds sing. Quiet from the busy life you leave behind. Our apartment was spotless and very well organized with everything we needed. The windows from our top story framed the tip-top of the trees and the valley below, we felt like we were living in a tree house. My daughter and I had a very fun cooking lesson with Raffaella and her expert cook and are now expert gnocchi chefs, I'm quite serious. Not only do they provide itineraries for traveling the Umbrian region, they are also available for additional info should you need it. Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, we saw so much and we could have seen more. And...the views from the pool are spectacular, the grounds are truly more beautiful than the photos can display. I know Raffaella made our Umbrian stay very special to us but I must also say that Umbria took our breath away. There is so much beauty here. I want to return to see every season. Thank you Raffaella and your entire family! I know we will visit again : )

Wonderful short vacation. Marco was not only kind but gave us great tips and suggestions for travel, places to see and where to eat. He personally accompanied us to the establishment where he himself took steps to get us the place for the canoe and lent us some small forgotten equipment without which we could not have gone around safely in the canoe. The atmosphere of the bnb is very friendly and relaxed, you feel at home. Congratulations and thank you for everything to Marco!

I spent a night in this place in the historic center of Urbino and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, in the heart of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city by foot. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Very positive experience, I would recommend it!

Claudia and her husband Pietro are very nice hosts, always approachable and helpful. Pietro accompanied me to a workshop where I wanted to have my car repaired and conducted the negotiation with the mechanic there. The room was very nicely decorated, simple but practical. The bathroom with modern standards. The outdoor facilities (breakfast terrace, lawn, planting, pool) were very nice and well maintained, in an absolutely quiet location with great views of green hills. The Italian breakfast is very rich and sweet, with various homemade cakes, good cereals, fruit, homemade jam, honey and yogurt, and very good coffee. Absolutely recommended, we will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Poggio Prugnoli. The room is cozy, clean and a lot of lovely details make it a unique experience. Also, Marina is a great host and a very nice person. Thanks a lot!

I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. I will come back to this B&B.

A real slice of heaven in the Marche hills, Sergio and Anna... Practically two friends, available for everything, special people! The B&B is very well maintained in every single detail, rich and varied breakfast. Definitely recommended!

As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. Luca is a very friendly and accommodating host who knows the area very well and has good tips and recommendations for things to do in the area as well as good restaurants. The accommodation itself is very centrally located and in about 1 minute you are at the beach. In addition, it offers the possibility to park your car on the property, which is worth gold in a tourist location like Riccione. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the existing air conditioning always makes it pleasantly cool in the room. However, you should be aware that due to the excellent location to the beach, you can also hear the music well in the accommodation at beach parties. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation if you either want to have a beach holiday in Riccione, or if you want to look at San Marino and the surroundings like we did.

One-night stay. Very clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Marco is friendly and helpful. The location of Locanda Pinà is perfect: on the hill, with plenty of space available and just a few km from the sea.

We only stopped for one night, but we had a great time. The hosts are beautiful people, they welcomed us as if we were family. The house is on a small hill with a beautiful view, there is a beautiful garden even with some animals. Great breakfast and super plentiful. I'd be happy to come back!

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Elena and Davide are exceptionally friendly hosts and have created a little paradise in this beautiful environment. The room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic! There's even a kitchen for the guests. The rich breakfast on the terrace was the ideal start to the day - we took a trip to Urbino and spent several hours almost alone in the Palazzo Ducale. We also particularly liked the pasta course with Elena, the tour of Davide's studio and the many fireflies in the evening! We will be happy to come back! And we would love to give more stars!

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon
