The b&b is located on the ground floor of a building in Sirolo, facing the old city walls. The most beautiful beaches of the coast (Urbani, San Michele and Sassi Neri) are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are bright and cosy, with independent air conditioning, strongbox and minibar. The bathroom features a wide shower and a hairdryer. The shared garden has tables and chairs to enjoy open-air breakfast and the parking is just 150 m away from the room.

Inside you will find a double bed with bedside tables, a comfortable walk-in closet to store your personal belongings and a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, perfect for your moments of relaxation. Next to the room is a completely new bathroom, equipped with all comforts: sink, shower, modern bathroom fixtures, hairdryer and a practical Welcome Kit with bath and shampoo included.
